I asked Kevin why my 6 year old battery died in my garage with no warning message from my car. Did I do something wrong? He went outside to check my battery and said I was lucky it died in my garage, not 20 miles away, where it would have needed a tow. It was suffering from terminal osteoporosis, or something like that. He assured me that I had done nothing wrong to cause its demise and replaced the battery immediately, so I wouldn’t have to call for a tow for years and years. And he said that the friend’s husband who told me that I must have done Something Wrong was wrong.

Lies

Worst experience I've every had purchasing a used car. I had purchased a "GM Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle thinking I would have no problems! Weeks later extensive body damage as well as mechanical problems were found. The dealership would not stand by their car and ended up accusing me of causing the damage myself. Now we get to spend even more money on lawyers! Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this dealership! PS. GM was of no help whats so ever! Back the Japanese for us!
