I have shopped around, looked online, bought privately, bought from dealers that were pretty shady. The list goes on. The fear today buying a used car is extremely high. You just don't get the honestly you did back in the day when a handshake is all you needed. You could trust people. In a world of today, I must insist that if your in need of a car to visit Bernard's Chrysler in New Richmond. They really set the bar extremely high! These people offer everything from detailing your car, servicing center, oil changes down to a cold soda and some chips while they do your paperwork. They go over and beyond other dealerships. Your not a number in a fast food line. You matter. They catered to my daughter who is a single mother with a limited income. They not only got her into a car but also made sure that she and the baby would be covered should anything go wrong with the car while she owns it. WHAT... who does that... THEY DO! Chase and Matthew were so understanding. They were not pushy. They made sure that they were delivering what she was looking for. Great place. At one point I remembering telling Chase that my daughter loved dragonflies because they were special to her. While driving home after buying her car she noticed the dragonfly decal by the oil change sticker. WOW!!! What an amazing touch of service. We had a three hour drive to go back home and once we got there. Chase messaged us to make sure everything went smoothly. Just got to love these guys. Thanks again for making our experience a wonderful one.

I was in need of a car asap and I spoke to Chase on a Friday or Saturday describing my situation and the type of vehicle and payments that were best for me and within 2 days he had found the right car for me. I drove that car out of the lot that following Monday! It was a great experience that required very little on my end and was handled very smoothly. Chase is very friendly and is always looking for how he can make things as easy as possible for his customers.
