Paid for oil change and tire rotation they’ve never rotated the tires the only reason I knew was one tire was missing a valve stem cap and when I went out to pick it up and leave the tire with the missing cap hadn’t moved. I went back in to complain and they didn’t question me they just rotated the tires. This is the 4th time at a bergstrom garage this has happened. How offen do they get away with it?

Bait-and-Switch

My salesperson Jordan was very nice, He was try sell car I wanted a 2014 Cruse. LS with 10,000 miles However, Raphael the man set up finance Bait-and-Switch to car that was needing remove from there inventor. 2012 Cruse L 30,000 miles with large scratch on the back. I just gave up on them bought 2015 Ford Fiesta from another Bergstrom dealer. Beware of Raphael!! I would had given Jordan five stars
