Very professional, jermie was very professional and got straight to the point and was extremely courteous and didn't beat around the bush. I didn't feel pressured to make any decision I wasn't comfortable with. He gave me all the options, explained the pros and cons and price differences etc. then let me make my decision based on that with no feeling of pressure to make a more expensive decision etc. Jermie was straight up and honest and very caring. I leased a vehicle in 2012 from jermie and have come back for this lease. I will definitely recommend Jermie to my friends and family! His service was out standing! Which can't be said about a lot of other car sales professionals. I will always return to Bergstrom and jermie for all my vehicle needs!

My wife, and I stopped in to the Bergstrom GM of Neenah to do some research on a couple of vehicles we were interested in from their website. When we arrived we were greeted, and asked what we were looking for. The sales professional we worked with was intent on finding out the best fit for us. We ended the day driving away in the vehicle we wanted at a price we couldn't believe. Bergstom GM of Neenah does their very best to make sure they find the right vehicle for you, and then works even harder to fit that vehicle into your budget. My wife, and I are so happy we stopped in!
