We recently purchased a pre-owned Tahoe from Lynch Mukwonago. Our salesman Vito was a pleasure to work with. He knew the vehicle we were looking for and immediately contacted us when one became available. We never felt pressured to buy and feel we got a fair deal ( we used our Costco auto buying program). I would definitely recommend Vito to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owed vehicle

Great Experience buying our used MDX

We had a great experience yesterday in the process of purchasing a used Acura MDX. Of particular ...... we had great service from Brett who was knowledgeable and personable. Also, Chris was our first connection with Lynch â over the phone. He too gave us a very accurate description of the vehicle and while he was not available when we came in to test drive, his referral to Brett was perfect.

After having many many unpleasant experiences at other dealerships in the past, our used car shopping experience with Lynch Mukwonago was a nice surprise. Chris Schaefer(sales) did an excellent job responding to questions via email, even before our visit. Arriving at the dealership we were greated by a fun, friendly, and helpful staff that clearly values teamwork. The whole sales process was quick and painless, they even went above and beyond to help us get approved for the car we liked. Lastly, I'd like to thank the management for identifying and resolving an issue with the vehicle that we wouldn't have known about. Overall excellent experience working with Lynch of Mukwonago

Veto is an amazing salesman, we came in three years ago to lease a 2015 Chevy equinox. Yesterday we decided to buy our 2015 , Veto made sure our paperwork was complete, he is very personable, friendly. I will definitely come back to Lynch to purchase future vehicles.

Unless you have great credit and they know you're buying a car, don't waste your time. They strung you along and then don't return any phone calls. Your just a commission to them.

Low Pressure, Honest and pleasant. Thank you for the low pressure experience. I did however notice a small scratch on the front Chevy symbol and want to make sure i am not held accountable when i turn the leased vehicle in.

Totally screwed on a 2005 Mazda 6 from here. Used car disclosure was swiftly marked all items "OK". No transmission problems? Leaks huge as soon as I got it home. Brakes OK? All four disc rotors were junk. All lights work? Nope. Right fog lamp, third brake lamp and both side marker lamps out. Sales person offers to transfer my plates and uses totally wrong screws that were way too big and ruins the rear license plate mount. No help from these guys at all, not even a bulb. Laughing all the way to the bank with over 7 grand of my cash. Worst dealer ever. Sticker price was 5 grand over fair market value. I ended up paying a grand over market value because I trusted them to recondition the car properly, which means change the oil, and mark everything "OK" on the used car disclosure label. Nothing else. Took my money and ran.
