My experience buying my explorer

It was ok but I have had better dealings with other dealerships when I have bought a vehicle. I was told my explorer would have a key pad on it and it did not. My trade in was not even close to what I was told in the beginning. I realize the used car market went down a little but a$5000 difference was bull _ _ _ _. I really like my new explorer but will probably not ever buy another vehicle from this dealership and I will be getting it serviced somewhere else. Please do not contact me anymore.

Appointment

I like Alphorn Ford because I get an appt for oil change and tire rotation and they actually check everything on the check list. I’ve went to a different ford dealer where they said they checked things that they did not do. I like going here because they are very helpful in knowing if I have any recalls and taking care of them in a timely fashion along with helping me if I have any questions.

Average experience

Lots a vehicles on the lot. Overall wasn't a bad experience but was disappointed they wouldn't budge on anything. Wasn't impressed withe the extra fee on the total price of the car. Mike the salesman was great. He had his hands tied because of the sales manager. The guy we did paperwork with was arrogant and I wasn't impressed with customer service. Salesman drove car to our house that night for us which saved us another trip back to get it.

full service lube

I took my 2011 ford f150 for a full service lube, after I had driven for 2000 miles the fans came on sounding like a jet engine. started checking things out and found they never put the radiator cap or oil cap back on after they did the fluids. returned the truck for a check up and not even an I'm sorry out of them. Didn't think I had to recheck their work after I paid them to do a professional job. I may as well have gone to a quick lube. Maybe you should pick a different Ford dealer to go to. I know I will. I am not the only customer in the area that has a problem with them after they bought a new vehicle from them. After the sale they don't care
