Best Service In Town!

With me moving from Chicago to Milwaukee with just a one weeks notice from my boss, I had very little time to find a car. I knew i wanted a Nissan Armada, but had no clue which dealership to purchase from. So with the power of Google, i searched BEST Nissan Dealerships in Milwaukee and Rosen Nissan was the first one of two too pop up. I made the call and Joe Rivera answered. His energy during the call, let me know that i had called the right place. On top of that energy, his confidence is another attribute that stood out. He took the time to understand every little detail i provided him with on what i was looking for and assured me that i not only called the right place, but that he was going to take care of me. LET ME TELL Ya'll, Joe Rivera did just that. Within less than 30 minutes, he found the Armada that included everything i could ask for. Here is where i thought things would go south, most salesman want you to come to the dealership immediately (forcing the sale on you) and i wasnt in a position to just leave Chicago on a dime. However, Joe Rivera (again), worked his magic and managed to put it on hold for me for 4 days (WOW) **may i add, JOE had never heard or met me before this call**. Fast forward 4 days, upon my arrival, i noticed that the Armada was already out front (sparkling clean). As soon as i stepped out of my car, several salesman greeted me with sincerity (felt bad telling them that i had already been working with Joe). Joe was everything i had envisioned during our call, energetic, confident and extremely personable. The entire process took less than an hour (since i had filled out all the documents prior to arriving). Both Joe and Rick (Finance Manager) worked very hard to provide me with the best experience possible and they did just that. I had the most wonderful experience working with Sherri in Sales, Kathy in Finance and Faith on the phone. This place is so good to their customers. Sherri gave me such a grand tour of their facility, showed me everything possible on my new car, ran over really good details for me. I would strongly recommend Sherri in Sale as well as Kathy in finance. They made a miracle happen for me!!! Thank you!!

Kevin and Jeff were great to work with. Kevin listened to our needs and monitored the car we were interested in . No pressure to buy and they did not push us into a lease. We found the perfect used Nissan Sentra for our college age son with the remaining factory warranty and it was a certified used car. So we have peace of mind that our son is in a safe vehicle while out of state for school.

The experience on 8/27/2016 was extremely beneficial. Eric took time to help me with everything I had available today. It was imparitive that I left with a car or some more knowledge on obtaining one. He looked for everything in my best interest. I was very happy with what he presented after reviewing my information.
