This is an incredible dealership for the sales person we had to the entire team!! Always willing to help even if they were not our salesperson. The services staff has always been incredible with our past cars we did not purchase from them that it was a no brainer to go here for our new car. Our salesperson Joe Jubran was incredible! He went way out of his way showing me all the special features of our new Exployer to getting my sync and Ford pass all set-up. We are customers for life!!

I just picked up my new 2017 Edge Sport from Gordie Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls abd I am a return buyer. Jeff Samp and Joe Jubran are my two "go to" when I want a new Ford. My transaction was quick and easy with fantastic customer service. I have been a customer since 2007 - this is my 4th Edge, 2 Mustangs and a Lincoln MKC. My "team" at this dealership is fantastic!

Love love love working with Joe at Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls. This is my third car I have gotten there and with Joe as my salesman. He is so easy to work with. I have upgraded each new car and now have a heated steering wheel, on these cold days/nights feels so good. I know where my next car will come from

I reached out to Boucher Nissan and spoke to a salesperson who after some research and discussion referred me to Tony (Anthony) at Boucher Ford. We spoke that night after I got off work and Tony told me "you will be the first person I'll call in the morning." I waited until 11:00AM and decided to call him. Of course his cell voicemail was full and he did not have a mailbox at the dealership. I received a text shortly after from his cellphone asking me for the VIN on my trade and what Ford I was looking at. I stupidly continued the text message conversation. I told him I did not select a Ford from Boucher. After I texted him the info for my trade-in he did not even return my text. I then texted "am I gonna get a call" to which he replied he would call me in 10 minutes. An hour and 30 minutes later he finally calls me. Takes down what I am looking for then tells me he will call me back in 10 minutes. Two hours and 30 minutes later I leave work and have to call him. He actually picks up and tries to sell me a truck $6K more than what I am about to pick up (same model). I told him that I have an offer $6k less than what he is trying to sell me. He looks up the dealership and supposedly finds the truck then tells me he is going to call me back in 5 minutes. He never calls of course. One hour later he pulls my credit at 4 banks. He was supposed to wait to run my credit. I call the dealership and speak to Tim (sales manager) and direct him to stop pulling my credit and that I do not want any further contact from Tony. Tim assured me he will go into his financing office and stop my credit from getting run and let Tony know. Less than 3 minutes later Tony texts me and says that he is sorry he couldn't help and then tells me my credit was declined which I was already approved at my bank. It seemed like a last jab because I reported my concerns to his sales manager. I will never shop at a Boucher dealer ever. I would recommend the same.

A Great Experience!

I recently purchased a '14 Focus Titanium from Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls. From start-to-finish, it was a great experience. My Salesperson Terrance was a nice person to work with. There's so much more technology going on with new cars now, and he answered all my questions straight. Terrance is a tall guy, and so in addition to knowing all the technical info, the fact that he fit comfortably in the Focus proved how roomy it was! The Finance Manager, Laura, was also very helpful and made the financing process a stress-free one. I would recommend Gordie Boucher Ford for its friendly and knowledgeable staff to anyone!

Salesman was patient with my wife, who asked a lot of questions and went back and forth on which vehicle to purchase. Never felt pressured to buy. Even financing didn't pressure us. We left halfway through the paperwork and came back the next day to finish.

My wife's beat friend drives a Ford Escape, we really liked it, so we thought about test driving one. They sent us over to see Joe J. Best experience we ever had buying a car, they didn't pressure us into anything, explained things really well especially about leasing, Joe and Tim were so helpful and made us very comfortable. We decided to lease a 2014 Escape. This is are 7th new car we bought and it was the happiest we felt leaving a dealership. This dealership feels like home.

I generally do not look forward to dealing with the purchase of a new car. But my experience of dealing with Joe J. at Gordie Boucher in Meno. Falls was very comfortable. We drove up from Illinois to make the purchase and have no regrets. We were treated well, no pressure to make a decision and we will be back.
