The Motor Company in Marinette excels at service, efficiency and friendliness. Although they specialize in Lincoln and Ford (I bought one each from this dealer), they did a superb job servicing my wife's 2003 Toyota Echo.

I went to have my oil changed on my 2011 F350 super duty diesel including the fuel filters on a Saturday morning and Liz said they were booked, however her was truck was scheduled for a service that day and she gave me her spot! That’s awesome service! Thank you very much for your kindness and fast service!

I arrived at 12:30 for a 12:40 appointment and crew was on lunch as expected. Waited and truck was finally pulled in at 1:05p so I was already 25min late for next appointment. I requested new wiper blades and watched the service tech grab 20” blades and I knew the truck took 22” so went to counter and had service person stop them and install the right size. After all this it still took and hour and 10 minutes which made me even later for my next appointment so not happy

the mechanic found an oil leak will need to put die in oil pan to find it. but recommended waiting until next year after the car comes out of winter storage due to needing 200 miles or more to trace it. thank you

The people were absolutely helpful, wonderful, personable, and did everything to help us. We are totally happy and we now have our car serviced there always. My truck died and had to have it towed. The driver came in minutes and made sure I had a ride the rest of the way to work. The service department gave me updates throughout the day and had it fixed that day. Awesome!
