Best Car Buying Experience One Can Have

My experience with Don Miller Subaru East was fantastic. My salesman John Belken listened when I told him what I was looking for, and didn't push me on any features I had expressed disinterest in. I originally arrived on the lot to test drive a new WRX, but ended up test driving both the WRX and the BRZ - twice. John met with me each time as I worked through my decision, and was patient and friendly. My decision process ran for the course of a month and totalled roughly 4-5 visits, and when I finally felt confident going for the BRZ Limited and trading in my previous vehicle, John went above and beyond to make it happen ASAP. At that time, the BRZ I had test driven had been sold, but John and Don Miller East worked to acquire a BRZ Limited from the West side Don Miller as quickly as possible. I was done with my paperwork in a single night, and two days later my new BRZ Limited 6 Speed w/ Performance Package was waiting for me - just in time for my weekend road trip. The Sales Manager (also named John) answered any questions I had, and Rory in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. At the end of the day I would feel 100% confident recommending Don Miller Subaru to any of my friends or family, as they went above and beyond in making sure every part of the car buying process was as thorough and painless as possible. I had a great experience replacing my 09 Outback at the Don Miller East dealership. My initial e-mail inquiry was responded to quickly from Dean Woldstad. John Belken, my sales associate, was waiting for us upon arrival. John was friendly and professional. He was easy to work with, listening to my needs and getting me in the vehicle I wanted. Everyone I encountered, at Don Miller, was helpful and welcoming. Kudos too, to Daleena Snow in finance. Her efforts finding comparable financing to my local financing helped me save time. I was a bit unsure about going 1 1/2hours away to purchase a car, but it was worth the drive. I would highly recommend John Belken and the Don Miller East Suburu team....and already have!

Fantastic experience

Stopped in to Don Miller Subaru East to test drive a Crosstrek and an Outback. Dave Stellflue was the sales person who ended up taking care of me. I had already driven many other vehicles and had very specific concerns for what I was going to get. Dave made sure the model I test drove had everything I wanted on it so I was comfortable knowing what I was driving was what I would end up with. I loved the Outback and made the decision to investigate getting out of my Honda CRV lease a couple months early. I ended up with an excellent offer on my trade so I leased a new 2018 Outback and it is awesome! While I was working through the paperwork, my husband test drove an Impreza. He ended up trading in his CRV too! Our salesman, Dave, was awesome. Daleena in the business office made time at the very end of the day to close my husband's deal. Great experience! Highly recommend Don Miller Subaru East!

I traded in my Subaru Legacy for a Subaru Forester. The way they presented vehicles to me to test drive and figure out what features I wanted was really efficient and very helpful. The salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Very friendly staff all over the facility. Very comfortable environment.

From talking to Lewis on the phone to having Kate tell me I could call her for help it was wonderful Terry Yunk took the time to explain all the things on the car. He was so patient with all my questions. This is not my first new car, but this has been the best dealership to deal with. The credit man made it almost painless to spend so much money. My salesman, Terry, was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. There was no pressure, in fact he didn't even ask if I wanted to sit in a car or test drive a car. We simply had a conversation in the parking lot and he offered to give me an idea of what the payments would be. There was not pressure to add options, no pressure to accept the offer etc. He waited several days to follow-up to see if I had any more questions. Again, no pressure. I really enjoyed working with Terry and Don Miller Subaru. I did end up leasing a Forrester. I LOVE IT!!!!

My husband and I knew we needed a new car but the thought of facing the typical sales person was holding us back. After looking over and driving several brands of small SUV's we ended up at the East Don Miller Subaru with Terry as "our guy". Terry was informative and low key, just what we wanted in a sales person. We test drove numerous vehicles and ended up with an Outback. Terry was generous with his time and with his knowledge. Subaru is a great brand with a lot of features. We feel very happy with our purchase, even if it isn't really a small SUV.

This was my first purchase of a new vehicle. Starting off I was nervous, it is a big investment. That being said, by the end of it I did not have a doubt in my mind. From start to finish everyone I worked with at Don Miller Subaru was wonderful. Every question I had, every concern I noted, and every thought that popped out of my head was met with a professional, knowledgeable, and personal answer. My salesman, Shane, helped guide me through every step of the process that I need. The finance department worked with me to get the best deal possible and I felt like they were fighting for me, not against me, every step of the way. They honestly made me feel like I was not just another sale, but a valued member of the Subaru family. It sounds corny but that was my biggest hesitation when I started the car buy process. If you are in the market for a new Subaru there really is no other place you should turn too. They have my business for life.

To preface my review for this location you have to know a little about my father, he was the one looking for a new car. We have been actively looking for a car for a little over a month, and my father is about as picky as it gets when it comes to purchases as big as these -- which is understandable a car is no small investment. We had been to just about every car dealership in the area, some of which we went to three or four times to try out the cars. We bought our Subaru on our first visit to this dealership. Definitely in part to having a car that fit our needs and fell into our price range, but this wasn't the key reason it most definitely because of the service. Of all the salespersons we worked with our experience with the Subaru was the most insightful and enjoyable. I'm absolutely sure that all the salespersons at this location are great but I have to give a shout out to Rob Israeli for absolutely killing it. His ability to be super flexible and find us what ever we were looking for and talk us through it while just giving us a no nonsense best price right of the bat (I compared the prices to KBB) was great. If you decide you want to get a Subaru this is definitely the place to get it.

We were outside the showroom for 30 seconds and Mike Zweifel appeared to help us. We test drove several cars, he went over each one and each model of the Outback, the model we decided that we needed. Mike even helped us with sizing up our canoe to the built in roof rack. Buying the car was so easy, not like any other car buying experience in my life. Financing was easy too! We have had our Outback for 10 days and absolutely love it! We decided to look at Subaru because my son, my brother in law and a good friend speak so highly of their Subarus and of Don Miller! Thanks Mike for such a great service!
