The tech I was working with was very friendly, the work was done in less time than quoted, they gave me clear details about diagnostics of my vehicle (which I appreciate extra since I bought this car used and this is my first service since buying), my tech was transparent throughout the whole visit about what my vehicle needs done/when, and regarding cost. Scheduling my appointment online was also very user-friendly, including easily rescheduling my appointment.

While waiting on service I was able to talk Mr. Khon Xiong and get quotes for vehicles within my budget. He helped me test drive several to get a feel for the one that worked best for me. Bergstrom dealer has been helping me maintain my cars for years. The dealer was straightforward with me and help answer my concerns about financing.

Great experience

I took my Blazer into Bergstrom Chevrolet in Madison for the first time. I needed an oil change and couldn't get into my regular dealer for 2-1/2 wks. I drove up and got right in with no appointment! The service people were extremely friendly. When done with the oil change they came in and asked if I'd like them to handwash my vehicle, at no charge! That's what service is all about. Thank you Bergstrom!

Bergstrom takes care of our fleet vehicles through ARI. I normally use Chris Scheel as my service rep. He does a great job and accommodates my requests for photos as needed. I appreciate both CHris and his tech's ability to service the vehicle quickly and efficiently.
