Shawn did an excellent job from start to finish! He demonstrated superb customer service, walked me through the benefits of buying new vs used which worked out great for me. Explained all the features on my new vehicle very thoroughly and helped me set everything up. The finance department was very helpful and helped me get a great rate/ term on my vehicle loan. The car was in pristine condition when I picked it up and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I very much appreciated the welcoming attitude of your staff; not just the Assistant Service Manager, but others on your service staff. Specifically, one young man who saw that it was going to take a while to check in, offered to begin tagging my vehicle and offered me a bottle of water while waiting. The Assistant Service Manager was very approachable and focused on my needs; keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle as the work was progressing. The wrap-up and check-out was quick and easy. I am sorry I cannot remember her name, but she was my primary contact, and I very much appreciated her assistance.

My grandma purchased her new Kia from Palmen and we had to bring it in for an oil change. They took such great care of us and didn't take long at all! They have a very comfortable waiting area. Super friendly folks and they even washed and vacuumed the car before returning it to us. Couldn't be more thankful for taking such great care of us.

Ray Hilberger, he was wonderful. I live in Dover Delaware and purchased my car from your dealership via the internet. I found "my car" in your showroom. My local Kia dealership were great too trying to find it but "the right one" was not in their area. So as scary as it was for me I decided to embrace trust and ride the World Wide Web to your dealership. The greatest part with Ray was that he was so transparent in everything we did. Anything I ask to see he immediately took a photo of it and text it to me. No games were played. He was very friendly, caring and related to me as if I was his most important customer. My experience of purchasing my Kia 2006 Sorento Limited with Ray was delightful. I will miss him, it was easier than visiting and sitting down with a salesman in my area. Also, my first contact was with Carolyn, she too had similar qualities as Ray..Delightful and transparent.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Palmen. Tom Richer was my salesman both times and his knowledge and time that he took with us was remarkable. My daughter was also looking for a car and he found one for her also and it was just what she wanted for her first car. With me he took the time to give me all my options and answered every question I had. I would definetly recommend Palmen to anybody who was in need of a automobile.
