Jerked me around for days over an entry level car.

I was looking for a car and came into Lynch Chevrolet on a whim. I was interested in a Chevy Sonic as they appeared to be running some good deals (later on I found their deals weren't so great). I talked to the salesman "Theo Marshall" who seemed more concerned with getting my SSN and running my credit then anything else. After he came back with an unfavorable deal (you NEVER get a good deal up front!) I walked away. Then I got some phone calls from the manager over a period of several days, going back and forth over the price of this entry level car, until I finally got fed up and left a negative review on Google Reviews. Then I received another call from the manager (or somebody at Lynch) with another offer on the Sonic but when I called back and asked to be connected to "Theo Marshall" (the salesman I had originally dealt with). He answered the phone and didn't say anything at first, then said "hello" in a very unprofessional manner, as if he were at home and not representing a business. I was taken a back by this, then I said "hello" as I thought I had the wrong number and then he hung up on me. I called back and got connected with "Theo Marshall" again, to which he then told me that Lynch was going to make me another offer on the Sonic but since I had left a them a negative review they had decided to rescind their offer. He then hung up on me again. I now suspect they never intended to give me another offer on that car, they already knew about the review before they called and were just stringing me along. Had they decided to quit playing games and shown that they wanted to work with me and made me a good offer I would've gladly removed my negative review but the more I think about it the more angry I get and I now want to give as many bad reviews of this dealership as I can. If this is how Lynch Chevrolet behaves over an entry level, base model car I'd hate to see how I would've been treated had I been trying to buy something more expensive.

Everyone was great. They all did a great job from the salesman, Theo Marshall, who got us the car to the finance officer, Jon B., who handled our finances, and the car maintenance sales rep, Richard Gniadek. Everyone was great.

Marcus and Dana have been fantastic to work with...professional and respectful are the first things that come to mind! From the time of our first purchase, our first service calll, all the way to our second purchase 6 months later...Marcus and Dana have always been in our corner. They are always enthusiastic and I still can't believe I drove away in my sweet ride and I love that my daughter has a safe car to drive back and forth to college.

Car Buying Experience

It was our first time at this dealership. we usually deal with Anastos or Carmax but due to your sales flyer and knowing an employee we thought we would check you out. We had originally wanted to find a used vehicle but ended up leasing a new one. Chris was a great salesperson and tried to help us and another customer at the same time. I would have preferred the experience not to have been so lengthy as we ended up being there from 11:30am to 6:00pm. ( purchased 3 vehicles and never remembered being at a dealership for so long) I originally wanted to keep my payment between $250-300 and ended up with a $301 payment other than that our overall experience with Chris was great. I had some questions the next day about the lease agreement but it was kindly answered by Anthony in finance. I am enjoying driving the new Equinox and hope to lease again or buy in the future.

I walked in knowing I was going to buy a car, Justin made me feel very comfortable and safe. Very easy to talk to. We test drove some cars, he was very helpful. Everyone there was pleasant and smiling! I spent a little more for my car than I intended to but I know I will be in great hands with shopping with Lynch. Very pleased.

Ray Gallo was amazing. He made us feel very at home and was very accommodating. He made our experience as comfortable as one could get while buying a car. Jessica Zimmerman and Nick Shiakallis were very helpful. I really was not planning on purchasing a vehicle, but their helpfulness got me into a deal that I couldn't refuse. I was completely satisfied with my experience from the moment I walked through the door.Every staff member went above and beyond to make this more then just buying a car.They made it very clear that its important to them that they build a trust and friendship and overall a great experience. Old school used sales techniques, what you expect from used car dealers

All the bad old days techniques employed such as good cop, bad cop and a written offer that was rebuffed an hour before scheduled vehicle pick-up and replaced with a $500 higher price, and other unfilled promises... had to go to top management to get to honor original written offer. On the ride home, front emblem blew off, tire pressure system light came on and is malfunctioning, low fuel light came on even with promised full tank and the wireless headphones that the sales listing stated were no where to be found. Took nearly 3 hours to pay for and pick up truck, unbelievable for a no-trade cash purchase. Zero after sale contact and messages to dealer went unanswered after my $26,000+ check cleared.
