I received a recommendation from a friend that had purchased a vehicle there a couple years ago, and let me tell you his recommendation was spot on. My experience at Gordie Boucher Ford was excellent! My salesman John Newman had first class customer service! He was very knowledgeable , patient and most of all not pushy! He took very good care of me, took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what i was looking for. The Fiance Manager Theressa she clearly laid everything out clearly and got me exactly what I wanted and made sure i got a great rate!! I would recommend my family and friends to Gordie Boucher Ford to anyone looking for a car!!! If you are looking for a car John Newman is your guy!

Smooth, stress free experience

We recently purchased our 2016 Ford Explorer and could not be happier. The dealership listened to exactly what we needed, wanted and made every accommodation to provide us with it. They were flexible with our schedules and were available to us to answer questions even after the deal was done. I've always hated the idea and process of buying a new car, but this time was different, I felt like I was being taken seriously, not talked down to and they took the time to make sure we understood all our options. We will be returning when it's time to purchase our next car!!

New Ford Escape

My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from Gordie Boucher in Janesville. We had looked at two other dealerships in the area and Gordie Boucher was able to match and beat the other quotes we had received. We worked with Noel Johcson. We highly recommend Noel. His no hassle, low pressure approach was greatly appreciated. After several test drives we were able to negotiate what we thought was a fair price for our new Escape. This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Gordie Boucher. The second vehicle Noel helped us find. He has been in contact with us since we left the dealership asking if there is anything he can do for us. The experience of buying a car can be trying and at times daunting. Gordie Boucher makes that process easier and more enjoyable. We will give them the first opportunity to sell us cars again in the future.

Totaled our F250 Super Duty 6.7 diesel and were in immediate need of a new tow vehicle. Shopped three dealerships but found the sales service best at Gordie Boucher. In particular Steve Borchardt had answers to all our questions and was very pleasant to deal with. Would buy from him again.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour I had taken a test drive, agreed on a price and set up a time to pick up the car on Monday! Wow, that has never happened. Joe Z. was great to work with and was the most knowledgable salesman I have ever had. He made sure I knew about every feature of my new vehicle and all of the extras like, Ford Website, Service dept. etc. Thanks Gordie Boucher and Joe Z.

I emailed John N. before 7am, and received a call within a 1/2hr with a promise to offer an out-the-door price once he arrived at the dealership. I was later at Don Miller Mazda trying to compare pricing. See review about Don Miller Mazda. John offered me an incredibly priced new 2012 Mazda3 i Grand Touring without having to haggle a price. I immediately left Don Miller with a bad experience and drove to Janesville in a car I nervously thought wouldn't make it there. But the price was too intriguing and I needed a car. Once I arrived, John greeted me promptly and was always friendly, considerate and very professional. He treated me respectfully and made me feel like he was going to do his best to offer me deal that I was going to be happy with. The entire dealership was helpful in every part of the process. I hadn't prepared my car for trade-in and had to remove my belongings, another salesman graciously came out and offered to help move my stuff inside. The financing department matched a 4% rate I was already offered by my bank and Kara? did not seem pushy at all with the additional offerings to my loan. They carefully detailed and washed my car, getting it ready. Even though John was also assisting other customers who had arrived during my financing process, he was always upbeat and I felt well taken care of. I have never considered purchasing a car through internet pricing but my first experience was the best I could have ever imagined. John was an absolute pleasure to work with and I appreciate the attention to customer service this dealership offered me. Once the sale was complete and I was waiting for my car to pull around, John, who had other customers waiting still took the time to help me set up my bluetooth. He continued to wipe off the glue from the window sticker and I met a couple of different district managers. Both were interested in my experience and asked if I had any concerns while offering to assist me in any way needed once I have left in case I had questions about my car and its features. This is my fourth new car but my first time at Gordie Boucher Mazda in Janesville. This is a well-run establishment with extensive partnerships in over 25 banks to get the best pricing for loan rates. I was impressed with the level of service and coming from someone who also works in commission based sales, I know how competitive the market can be. They made me feel like my business was important long after I left the dealership. I promise that this is the place to buy your car. You will not regret it, and John N. is a gem of a salesman.

Working with Dale and Ray at Gordie Boucher in Janesville was a great experience and they treated me very well. All my questions and concerns were dealt with promptly and professionally. I was very happy to be execute a contract that worked out for both parties and I couldn't be happier with my new Ford F-150 Ecoboost. The service after the sale has been kind and considerate and I am recommending Gordie Boucher Janesvile to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle. Try and work with Dale in Sales and Ray in Financing!

I purchased a used 2010 Ford Fusion from this dealership. I had a few minor issues with some things, and they promptly took care of me. I really appreciate the fact that they took care of my concern AFTER having purchased a vehicle from them. That tells me that unlike some out there, this dealership is not out to just get your money. The salesman did not pressure me and was knowledgeable. All of the employees I have dealt with there have been very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. I got blue-book value for my trade. I will price and definitely consider this dealership when it comes time for brakes, tires, or other maintenance with my car, and will definitely shop them for my future car needs down the road. I don't mean to sound nit picky, but if I had to think of one, my only concern would be the finance department automatically figuring "GAP" insurance in without first asking if I wanted it. It was fully refundable, however. All in all, I'm a happy customer and I am very happy with my "new" car.

Good Salesperson, decent experience overall

I was happy with my experience, and especially with my sales person Mr Zipperer. He was very professional, friendly, and never pressured me in any way. He was knowledgeable about the products available and kept things moving so I could be in and out in a timely fashion. The dealership was clean, modern, and friendly. The business staff I dealt with were as straightforward as any car dealer I have done business with save CarMax (I still prefer the CarMax experience to any other I have had thus far.) I would recommend this dealer and my salesperson.
