Love the no bargaining no pressure sales strategy. He explained everything clearly, helped set up my phone etc., made sure the car was detailed and topped off and made himself available for any questions we may have in the future.

that the sales people were not pushy. they let me decide what i wanted and on my timeline. when there were things i drew to their attention they took care of them immediately. they took their time to make sure i got what i needed and wanted

I like that the sales people aren't pushy and finance was able to get my payments to what I could afford for the vehicle I wanted. I liked that you were able to send my loan out to different lenders a day didn't make me finance through Nissan if it wasn't the best deal for me.

I went in unsure if I wanted to buy a new or used car and Ian, the rep, assisted me and broke down the costs to show what the best choice for me was! He was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed! Whenever I had a question, he had a very detailed answer. I would definitely go back to Gandrud and buy another car, as the experience and customer service was great!
