Everyone in this dealership is super friendly, you’ll feel really welcomed by everyone as soon as you walk in. Me personally, I worked with Lucas. He’s the best! It made my experience really easy and great. He has great energy and he makes sure you leave with something you really want as long as you’re comfortable with it. It’s sooooo much I could say about Lucas but long story short, if you’re car shopping come here and ask for Lucas M. He’s great. Out of 5 stars I’ll give him 15. He’s great and super friendly.

The staff at Andrew Chevrolet rendered excellent customer service. From the start of the gentlemen ground guiding me in to a parking spot; up until Lucas put my old plates on a new vehicle. I was there on short notice and not fully prepared, and they were still patient with me. I got a very good vibe from the whole experience.

Nathan Krause, with excellent customer's service keeps me coming back to Andrews Chevrolet. If I'm not satisfied, he would not just let me go until ALL of my concerns has been addressed. Nathan is very knowledgeable of vehicles and the company itself. He knows what I'm looking for and have the vehicle ready for my inspections. I worked with Lucas Musil on the purchase of my brand new 2020 trail boss and it’s was by far my best dealer experience. He didn’t promise me a price I didn’t qualify for and waste my time like 3 dealers did prior. Had me in and out with my new truck in an hour and a half. It was actually enjoyable. I Will definitely be returning for all my vehicle purchases.

Excellent dealershipAnd excellent salesman James Flint , He was very friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable about the Chevy equinox. I wanted a blue car and they looked around until they got me one which was excellent. Most of the time dealerships make you take the color they have. I would recommend this dealership anyone ask for James Flint he is great.

Yesterday evening I worked with a lady who was looking for a new car. Andrew Chevrolet had given her an extended demo drive to take the car overnight to see if she liked it and she was shopping around the deal. After three hours of discussions we finally landed on the same car she had from Andrew, just in the color she wanted. It was then that we realized she had already bought the car. Andrew Chevrolet had told her that she had 48 hours to decide but had confused her into signing the lease agreement and driving away in the vehicle, registered in her name. They hadn’t even taken the time to go through the radio and climate control systems with her, only shooed her out the door and told her to come back in 48 hours. They wouldn't look for a dealer trade to find her the color she wanted--but once they had a fish on the line they confused her into leasing a car she didn’t know she was buying. There are many fine dealerships in Milwaukee from which you can get a good deal on a car. But please, please do not go to Andrew Chevrolet and let yourself be taken advantage of.

The team at Andrew Toyota is amazing. I was at 4 different dealerships, looking for a car for my family. When I stepped into Andrew, I was greeted within 5 feet of the door. I was asked the basic questions about what I was looking for in a car. I had an idea of what was best for my family and the team at Andrew left no stones unturned to get me into the best possible fit for my family. I was flip flopping between two vehicles and the options of buying for leasing. I never felt pressure to hurry up and buy. And trust me I changed my mind almost daily as to which option I was going to go into. I was in the dealership more than a few days looking at different options. I was greeted each time by my name. I was offered water, soda and coffee. I was welcomed to use the phones or anything else I needed to make my visit enjoyable. The sales person went the extra mile to make me happy with my purchase. Olivia was totally amazing. We had communication daily until I was able to make a final choice. Sitting down for the financial part was a little scary. I have not purchased a car in over 20 years and was a little uneasy on how this process was going to go. I was so at ease within 5 minutes...it was so easy to complete all the paper work. Again, I never felt pressure to buy the extra packages. Everything was explained to me in a language I could understand, my questions were answered in a very professional manner. I actually felt great leaving with an understanding of what happened. When it was time for me to drive off the lot, every bell and whistle was explained to me. My phone was hooked up to blue tooth, my favorite radio stations were programmed in, my ideal temp was set for the heat and cooling. I'm an older person and those things scared me, but again, they were explained to me and now I feel at ease that I can control the settings. This experience was by the far the fasted, best and easy transaction a person could ever ask for. I totally would buy every car in the future from the people at Andrew Toyota in Silver Spring.

Kyle was outstanding, He was very helpful through out the entire process. He answered all the questions that myself and my wife had. He went above and beyond when my wife and I test drove our eventual new car, by offering to watch both of our children so that we could take the Malibu for a proper test drive. We couldn't ask for anyone better than Kyle Oberdorf to help navigate us through the new car buying process.
