He took the time to answer all my husband and my questions and was very respectful and patient. My Husband and I are getting are finances together and look forward to talking with Howard again and hopefully will be purchasing our vehicle soon will definitely be recommending him to our friends and family wonderful experience my questions . finrwpait

Although we did purchase our SUV we had some bumps through the process. The sales person was great he really listened to what we had to say and took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. It was the finance department that dropped the ball. They did not listen to what the sales person explained we were looking for. We also had to work with too many different person in that department. The person that did the most of the work and went though all the paperwork did not even work there before he was a floating finance person. He went from place to place throughout the Midwest. It was a frustrating part of the process. We were also promised a gift for making the purchase and never received it. I also had a disappointment a few weeks later when I found a lack of communication between the finance department and the service department.

I highly recommend Mr. Roy V. who sold us a new (2014) Chrysler 300S. He made a great effort to find & sell us the car we truly wanted. No pressure, no hurry and all questions answered carefully and thoughtfully. Roy made our experience very pleasant and satisfying. We consider the dealer's discount and company rebate fair so we're happy with the price also.

I drove away pretty happy with my purchase. I came in because my car was making a grinding noise from the front tires. They told me that they were looking for my kind of car, for a trade in. They gave me a desent price on my current car and sold me a brand new car for the same monthley price I was paying for the old one I had. No more more noises and I got a brand new car with the life time warrenty that chrysler has. With the way things are now I am glad that I got the chance to be able to get a new car and not have to worry about what was going to happen next to the old one.

Let the Buyer Beware!! I just bought a used car at Ewald Auto three months ago, and already after two months my car had to have a faulty cooling fan fixed. The worst part was that since I bought the car in the winter, a time in which the fan doesn't typically have to run, I might have easily bought the car with a broken fan. In other words, the dealer sold me the car with a bad fan with the hopes that it wouldn't overheat until the weather got warmer. Either way, they didn't care at all to cover the repair. But it gets worse. Just two days after getting my car "fixed," the timing belt broke and they then told me that it would cost at least $1500 to fix! They also said that was the best case scenario because the engine would also probably have to be replaced at a cost of $2,000-$3,000. Of course, I wasn't going to invest that kind of money for a used car I had just bought for less than $5,000. However, I was expecting to get some kind of deal on a different used car but when my situation was taken up with the owner of the entire company, Craig Ewald, he basically told me to go [violative content deleted]. Anyways, unless you want to end up like me, with thousands of dollars in a car loan and no car, do yourself a favor and don't buy at Ewald Auto!! P.S. Just check Ewald's Better Business Bureau rating for more proof of their bad practices.
