Best Buying Experience with a Dealer Ever!

We drove 5 1/2 hours to purchase a truck from Lenz Truck and they did not disappoint. Best buying experience with a dealership ever--from start to finish. Everyone was great to work with, especially Bill and Alex. All staff were courteous, friendly, helpful, upfront and honest--no pressure either. My husband especially loved the cup of coffee from a real cup--nice touch and shows you really value your clients! I would highly recommend Lenz Truck for any of your truck needs! We will definitely recommend Lenz to our family and friends and will always do our truck purchases through them from now on. They even recommended a great place to grab something to eat while we were in town. Overall excellent experience!!

after sale they don't take your phone calls or return your messages, the salesman tells you someone will call you about your issue nobody calls, had 10 days to make a spare key they couldn't even do that right had undercoating done job was done poorly didn't spray front quarter panels and missed other spots they picked it up to redo it sat there for another week before they did anything asked for information on product they used they said they would e-mail me something never received purchased this truck 3/22/24 finally got to use it 4/27/24 over a month they have a lot of nice trucks but remember the salesman will tell you anything to sell a truck, after sale he don't care about anything

Lenz Truck center and Zach Vander Grinton made my car purchase experience very easy. Zach was prompt in reaching out and answered all of my questions. A fair price was asked for the vehicle with no heavy handed sales pitch. It was worth the 5 hour drive from Illinois.

All jokes aside from my title! I stand behind it! They really do care about the customer and making them get what they need. Jacob D. And Dave the finance man were just excellent I can’t say enough good things! They go above and beyond to find out what you need, to provide you with options and the small details that fit you personally. They made sure to get me in a vehicle I really wanted and I couldn’t be a happier customer. Great company! And Jacob is super knowledgeable and helpful in getting you where you need to be! Highly recommend

I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years. Not one of my favorite activities due to the length of time it usually takes and the games between a sales person, business manager, finance manager or whomever else. Lenz didn’t do any of that. This was my best truck purchasing experience!! If you’re in the market for a truck, I would highly recommend this business.

I had a very pleasant experience both trading in my old vehicle and purchasing my new one. Both my trade in offer and the price new truck were both fair. I was offered reasonable financing considering the current economy, but was able to use my own bank no problems. My salesman Jacob was very courteous and professional and helped me through the process the whole way and on short notice. I would definitely recommend Lenz truck to anyone looking to purchase a new truck

I’ve spent much of my life terrified of car dealerships! And I work in sales…Everyone I worked with was amazing! The day I test drove I don’t even remember Zach saying a single thing about buying it really. He gave me all the info I needed and when I told him I wanted to go home and talk to my husband he didn’t push once. They worked around my crazy schedule and when I requested to SEE and read every detail of multiple contracts they provided them! It was easy, never once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured! ZERO anxiety besides the anxiety I walked in the door with from past experiences! Highly recommend!

Lenz has a great inventory of trucks that will please anyone. Test drove a few of them and they even left us bring one home for weekend. Sales person very professional, answered all our questions and really worked with us to come to an agreement, never put pressure on us to make quick purchase decision. Truck was delivered clean, timely and completed all of our request. Sales person also worked with us on our trade. Very good experience!

Great Place to Buy Used Trucks

I have never really shopped outside of traditional automotive dealerships when looking for a new(er) vehicle but finding a truck with the equipment I want has been tough with the traditional route. So I saw the commercials and did some checking at Lenz. It was eye opening. They had several 1-3 year old low mileage trucks that had what I was looking for. I picked one and the response was quick and clear and the whole process was transparent and easy. Thanks to Brian Pahnke and the other folks there. I got what I wanted at a fair price and I highly recommend anyone looking for a late model truck to check them out.I

We needed to get a bigger truck for our Mobile Bar Business, Charolette and Alex from Lenz Automotive Fon du Lac, made the purchase of our GMC 3500 / trade in effortless and easy. Charolette was incredibly resourceful when first looking at the truck online and arranged for the truck to be shipped to the Fon du Lac location (closer to us) within a week. My husband had nothing but good things to say about Alex when he arrived in Fon du Lac to test drive and purchase the truck. He was straight to the point and got my husband in and out with the new truck within a couple of hours. We will definitely be back in the future!
