The friendly staff at Miller Motors made my buying experience easy and smooth. Sales rep Dominic Hess was knowledgeable and helpful, reaching out to me when I showed initial interest in a truck at Miller and then answering my questions and making my decision to buy the truck easier. Dominic was and continues to be communicative whenever I inquire about the truck. He made the paperwork a breeze (which has definitely not always been the case when I have bought a vehicle in the past). I would recommend visiting Dominic Hess and Miller Motors for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Great Experience From Test Drive to Closing

Jay Passey created a great buying experience for me. There was no pressure from the time I called to ask availability, to the test drive and the closing. There were no repeat text messages or emails pressuring for a sale, just a kind email the next day thanking me for taking the time to visit and test drive and to call if I need any further assistance. Bandon in finance was very professional as well. There were no high-pressure tactics for warranty & protection plans at closing. Thank you, Jay and Brandon, for a great experience!! I will definitely refer them and Miller Motors to my friends and family.

Buying a new vehicle was excellent at Miller Motors. I have purchased two vehicles from them in the last 3 years and its been great both time. Most recently I dealt with Jay Passey and he did an excellent job answering all the questions I had but never once made me feel pressured to make a decision. From the moment I walked into this dealership, I experienced professionalism, courtesy and a great buying experience. Jay Passey listened to my vehicle requirements (which were many), then produced a vehicle from his inventory that met every single one of my requirements - no compromises. He allowed me to take the vehicle for an extended test drive so my wife could experience and look it over (she was stuck at home and couldn't come with me to the dealership). Jay was able to get us through the purchase and financing processes with no issues. We had our new vehicle in less than 24 hours from my initial contact with Jay.
