Brookfield Buick GMC

I had an unfortunate experience at the beginning of November that forced me to look for a car. I had been looking at the Buick Encore for a while, but I had no desire to buy a car. When I had my car towed to Mike Juneau, Martinis contacted me within 24 hours. I had started going there because my mother bought her GMC Terrain from Martinis, and I liked the service I received while getting my oil changed or other repairs on my Saturn Ion. After Martinis called, I had a few discussions with him about the Buick Encore. While I discussed other cars with him, I knew I would buy an Encore. Because I knew what I wanted, I told Martinis to do what he had to do so I could pick up my car the next day. I came home and pre-qualified for a loan, which prevented a super long purchase process. Martinis had the car cleaned and ready. Before I left, he also showed me how to use some of the accessories on the car, as well as help me sign up for OnStar. Since I bought my car, I have driven around the entire city. All of my friends love my "new to me" car, and I tell everyone I know about the fantastic service I received. I love the convenience of Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick GMC, and I truly appreciate feeling like this was a partnership. Thank you for your excellent service, Martinis. I will tell everyone I know to buy their cars at Mike Juneau!

I have bought and sold my recent vehicles via the internet. For a year I had been casually looking and researching a pre-owned car (on the internet) for my wife's daily commute vehicle She did not need or want a new car for the crowded freeway drive and parking issues. Oddly, I had seen the 2008 Chev Impala LT 50th Anniv Edition vehicle online about 3 months ago but did not consider it due to the higher price. I liked it's unique styling and options. Due to the recent price drop and the Certified vehicle status it made the purchase much more attractive! I posted a question online about the vehicle and had a "chat online" with Mr. Al C., he immediately fully answered my questions. I have had sales people online apparently that were not at the lot and could not therefore answer my specific questions. I have purchased a GM Certified Pre-Owned car in the past and enjoyed that Seller/buyer arrangement. Mr. Roger F./Sales made the process go quickly and answered all of questions and agreed to my requests. Due to Mr. F.'s agreeable personality, I test drove 2 times (once to take home and show my wife) then purchased the vehicle. To answer my question regarding the change of the building since my last visit years prior, I received a tour of the new building by Mr. F. I was impressed by what I saw. I appreciated the INSIDE (out of the elements) pickup of our purchased, detailed car. It looked very nice to my wife when we drove to pick up and trade in our older Monte Carlo. She met Mr Al C. as we walked in. Another sales man immediately guided us to Mr. F. We both enjoyed the warm coffee in the waiting area as we were leaving and the gift travel mugs.
