I compared Tacoma prices in a 500 mile area from my home. Moses Toyota sold me a new TRD for over $2000 less than other dealerships offered. Dealerships in my home area, Danville, VA require Doc fees of $798.00. Not Moses Toyota. The Doc fees at Moses Toyota are less than $500.00. Moses Toyota is over 250 miles from my home. The staff was helpful and pleasant. They gave me space and did not try to pressure me into a purchase but were there if I needed them. No annoying texts and calls trying to get me to make a decision right away like other Toyota dealers near you. They did not try to pressure me in to buying something I didn’t want. I would definitely come back just for this reason.

Satisfied with our experience at Moses Toyota

While we didn't actually go to purchase a vehicle during our visit we found a car we liked and was able to work out the pricing details with the sales department without any issues. We really liked the fact that Moses had a technical person to go over the systems on the car. Trevor was really helpful in explaining the details of all the electronics on the car. This was much different than we had experienced with other dealerships who depended on the sales rep to do that. That approach was not as through.

The salesman (A Hamilton) got right on it with the vechicle I wanted and he was up front about best price and he knew exactly what I was willing to pay . He found the sequoia I wanted after Ball Toyota told me it couldn’t be found. Ball Toyota didn’t even try !

Sales associate Josh Westfall is great. He is friendly, polite and so accommodating. He did everything he could possibly do for us. Importantly, he was not pushy or aggressive. I've already given out two of his business cards. I highly recommend him and Moses Toyota. The facility is clean and comfortable, and access to and from the dealership is easy.

The entire process was quick and professional. The cars we had shown interest in were parked outside the front door when we arrived. The car we bought was washed and the tank filled before we left the lot.

I was able to correspond with the dealership prior to my arrival for a test drive. The car was ready for me to drive within minutes of my arrival to to the dealership. All my questions and concerns were addressed. The sales staff was friendly and easy to work with.

Brian Workman was great to work with his was not in any way pushy like some car sales I have had in the past. Everything went smooth I ran heim to death checking prices on vehilces. He was great.

I truly enjoy everything about my period. Before coming to Moses I’ve never had a good vehicle buying experience and I honestly dreaded even going. It was worth the hour and a half drive. From start to finish I received excellent customer service John Melton was so great. I also want to say thank you to Matt in financing. I love my new 2018 Toyota RAV4!! I’ve been telling all my friends and family they need to come see you guys for a great experience. I know my fiancé and I will be doing all our business with you guys in the future.
