Most Fair Business in the Valley!

Firstly, the biggest point for my review is to establish that I was treated VERY well by the staff at Moses Chevy Service Repair in my time working with them. I told my advisor that I had a recent hiccup with employment during the time I was using some my remaining savings to try to get important safety concerning repairs done to my Chevy Impala - before I ran low on funds at the last minute. I want to personally thank Karissa, and her team that she collaborated with collectively to ensure that I was getting all round great pricing and cost-effective parts as well as labor by adding additional quotes and checks to my vehicle for future reference. My car is not in that bad of shape, however, I had allowed too much time to pass since I last checked into my entire suspension system. We were able to come together on an affordable and favorable outcome that I genuinely appreciate from the depth of my very being. It's saved a lot of worry, headache, stress, and even money, which (usually equates to more worry when it comes to financial aspects). I did not want nor expect any specialty treatment for my case, as I did not allow or was even asked to apply repairs to my invoice if I could not pay for them. However, I do have quotes on these sheets showing estimates for such other things, like how much the repairs to my slight oil leaks in a few places may be for instance, and what parts will need to be looked into, as well as how much labor time it might amount to in the future. Working with Karissa as professional and happy to assist as she was, alleviates a lot of worry and I now rest comfortable knowing what I can roughly expect whenever the time may come that I come back in for more repair work to be accomplished. I will be happy to work with just about any of the staff at Moses Chevy, because they are always friendly, down to earth, and willing to do anything possible to help in the customers' best interests! :) Thank you Moses Chevy Team! I would not feel this comfortable this well in any other hands with my car. Job(s) are always VERY well done, and no issues regarding the maintenance that's already been performed! Already feels like I'm driving home in a new ride each time it has been in the care at Moses Chevy! Thanks Karissa and everyone else, too! You have been more-than fair to me! Service Team Far Exceeds Expectations!

I recently moved to West Virginia from Maryland and almost immediately encountered an issue with my 2020 Chevy Trax, in that there was a faint squealing/squeaking noise coming from the engine during idle. At first, I took it to the Chevy dealership closest to my house (Yes Chevrolet in Hurricane) twice over the past month and, without even popping the hood, they told me the noise was completely normal. Since the vehicle had not been making this noise during the previous 4 months of ownership, I knew the noise was not normal. I left there each time feeling frustrated and not confident in the safety of my brand new vehicle (less than 5,000 miles). I decided to instead try the service department at Moses Chevrolet in Saint Albans and was able to get a same day appointment. From the moment I pulled up to the service entrance, the entire service team at Moses Chevrolet was extremely professional and took my concerns seriously. They didn't just immediately dismiss my concerns, but instead assured me that they would check it over in every possibly way to ensure its safety and reliability. They took the time required to replicate the problem/noise, diagnose, and then fix it that same morning. I was treated with great respect and understanding by everyone, from the service manager to the advisors to the mechanics/technicians, and I knew immediately that I had found my new preferred Chevy dealership in West Virginia. Within a few hours, I had my vehicle back, fixed perfectly and under warranty, and sounding exactly as it should. As a new resident of West Virginia, I can now drive with more confidence knowing that I have found a place that will care for my car's needs in an efficient and attentive manner. I will not hesitate to recommend Moses Chevrolet to anyone and everyone! Their service department shines, and it will be where I go for all of my service needs going forward. And, when I'm ready for a new vehicle in a few years, Moses Chevrolet will receive my business for that as well. To me the most important feature of owning a new vehicle is the service, as it can make or break a customer's experience with their car. Moses Chevrolet's service department has just earned their entire dealership a customer for life. Other dealerships should take note....this is how it's done. Thank you again for actually listening to my concerns, getting to the bottom of the problem, and fixing it...all in the same day!

Me and my wife went in and didn’t know what we wanted. I knew we wanted a truck but couldn’t make up our mind. Our sales guy had only been there for he said about 3 days. His name is josh stowers . He knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for and the price I had in mind and didn’t care one bit to show us over the whole truck. He made the process for me and my wife very easy and comforting. I will for sure be coming back to him and Moses in the future.

Looking for one, left with two

My wife and myself stopped in to look at the 2020 Trax, we found the one we liked, Ronnie and Kenneth treated us great. They answered every thing we asked, no hidden price added on, no hoops to jump through, straight forward deals. they worked the deal to the best that I could find, so now we have a safe AWD Trax. As we pulled out we seen a 2020 Chevy Sonic stopped and looked Ronnie said we make deals. They didn't have the color or trim that we wanted Ronnie said hang on, with in 10 min. Ronnie said I'll have one here for you tomorrow. Now we have a 2020 Sonic RS. I will be back...need a new ride or used? stop and see Ronnie and Kenneth at Moses Chevrolet.

No service after the sale

I purchased a 2014 ford explorer on July 31,at the time there was an open recall on the vehicle ,the salesman told me he had called Moses ford and ordered the part for the recall and Moses ford would call me when the part arrived as of today no call from anyone, Also I only received one key to the vehicle but was told they would locate the other key or arrange to have another key made, again no key and no call from anyone. they just forget you when you drive off the lot.

Do not follow through on DMV Ripoff

Edit review 8/6/2019 I purchased a 2019 Cruise LS with a trade. I transferred my tags and was charged $16.50 for the tag transfer and $175.00 to have my documents completed in early June 2019. It is now August 6, 2019 and not received my registration. I received a call from Adrian and he asked me if I needed new tags or did I transfer them in mid July. Nothing came from the conversation. Please do not ask and mechanical questions as they will not give you any answers. I would like to get my registration fee and document fees back as I just traded the cruise in with another dealer and bought a Chevy Trax. I had to purchase new tags and registration as nothing on the cruise was recorded by the DMV. Michael P. Keoghan
