From first contract everything went smoothly. Grant is a real professional and had an answer for every question, giving us confidence in him. He went out of his way to help us complete the sale and get to the dealership after flying in to Morgantown.

Everyone we dealt with at University Toyota was very down to earth, polite, and a pleasure to do business with. Grant Simpson is an asset to the sales team, answered all our questions to help us decide on our purchase and kept us up to date on the progress of the shipment of the Tacoma we purchased. Tom Brugnoli was a very personable gentleman to deal with as well. Kim Long walked us through the features in the truck and she was very kind and helpful, willing to answer any questions we had. I've also had dealings with Rodney Lambert in the service department and he is a great guy to deal with.

The service from the beginning was top notch. The employees all were so helpful throughout this process, especially during such a strange year. This was the first time I've ever bought a new car, and it could not have gone smoother. Not to mention, you guys are a true service to the community and the surrounding states by keeping prices fair! I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.
