onWe purchased a 2016 Honda CRV. Wayne Slater was our salesman and he was excellent. he was very patient with us as we visited the dealership several times to drive vehicles. When we finally made out decision, the sales manager, Bill, was very helpful in closing the deal. Wayne also took the time to show us every detail of our new car and walked us through how to use all of the features. I am sure we will be happy with our after purchase customer service as well.

onThis was the first time we dealt with Wayne. He was very helpful in the purchase of our new Pilot. He informed us on the delivery date and made sure the we knew how to operate the new car. This will make the 3rd Honda Pilot i have purchased in the last 6 yrs from Urse. I would recommend Wayne to anyone shopping for a new car.

onI purchased a brand new 2015 Honda Odyssey in may 2015. Around 2500 miles there was an instance after a storm - lots of rain. I started the car, driving down the road then the transmission was skipping 3rd or 4th gear and sounded like the transmission was going to fall out. It scared me and my four children to death. Next time I started the vehicle it did not repeat. Electrical I'm sure, but why?!?!?! New vehicle people! Around 9000 miles I had a strange swooshing sound in the front passenger side of my van. The Honda service department "could not verify customer concern." I drove the van for the technician and he heard the sound as well. I was told they tightened, filled, inspected everything they could. The sound was gone. At 18000 miles the sound came back! Somewhere around 11000 miles, my security alarm would randomly go off. This happened numerous times. Honda replaced a bad hood switch!? Really? I have always owned toyotas and my husband talked me into buying this $36000 Honda vehicle assuring me I was making the better decision, and I can official state I was right. I have NEVER had issues with my toyotas and had always been pleased. I'm really disappointed with my purchase and it makes me sick to my stomach. This van was supposed to last me 20 years, and I'm not even at 20,000 miles and I've had so many issues this far.

onDid most of the negotiation process over internet. Was at dealership for about 2 hours. Slight delay waiting for Finance guy. Joe K was easy to work with. No surprises. This is my 4th vehicle purchase from Urse.

onI recently purchased a new honda accord for my wife from Urse Honda. I appreciated their no haggle approach and great personal attention. I was so happy with my salesperson ( Matt Cahill ) I have told all of my coworkers to go see him. Their service department was also very friendly.. I have not had my car serviced there yet but I met the service manager and was very pleased with his professionalism.
