I went in to get my last warranty service (oil change, rotate tires, etc.) my car was finished in a timely manner but afterwards one of my tires kept losing air, I made other appointment just to have a gentleman tell me it was going to cost just to look at it even though it was just a few days after they looked at it. he brought the car back around and you are good, I said what did he do, he just said "some stuff". I said is it fixed he said yes. but it wasn't. I have spent $30 more dollars and several hours at a local pop shop to get the actual tire broke down only to find a piece of metal inside my tire, if Cole's would have done their job this would had been a 5 star rating

Service in the past has taken way to long. Cole has improved immensely and I have no hesitation referring people to them now. And I could not get the rating up to 4 star.

I had a great time buying my new truck at Cole's. This was the fourth vehicle that I've purchased there. Gary Moore was awesome! From the first time I pulled on the lot to 'just look', he came and greeted me, took my information and emailed me the information that I needed. I've been going to Cole Chevrolet for many years and they have always been top notch to deal with. From buying to service, they rock! I'll be going there again soon!

dealership has a friendly atmosphere,fromsalesmen to owner, they welcome you to look and if yo have any questions, feel free to call upon them. low pressure atmosphere, helpful but not pushy. they will make every effort to enable you to find right vehicle for your needs and follow-up with great financig and one of the best service department I've ever used.

In review of Cole Chevrolet Cadillac, I found a courteous atmosphere as well as a genuine concern that the vehicle you chose fit your wants and needs. A friendly sales staff as well as excellent service department. Vehicles bought at Cole's (2006) Avalanche, (2006) Sierra 4wd crew cab as well as my son buying a (2006) Avalanche which was traded for a (2008) Tahoe. Rating - Service:A-1, Sales: A-1. Mr. Cole and Mr. Cooper excellent !!
