Buyer Beware

I bought a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer In Jan. that same night while out I started up a hill and the check engine light started flashing. Took it to a Ford deal and had diagnosis ran and it indicated cylinder #4 was miss fireing. The company they got to fix the problem indicated that they had just tried to fix the vehicle for A&B. After many attemps to get them to come and get the vehicle and fix it had failed I had to pay and have the vehicle towed to them! They fix the vehicle??? When I bought it it had 76315 miles the motor they put in it had 98,000+ miles on it. When I got it back the Odom had 75,577 miles on it! How does this work anyway!!!!! They put a motor with more miles on it and take miles off the vehicle.
