Our salesman was excellent. His knowledge of the vehicle we purchased was very impressive. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough. Also answered all of our questions. Wonderful Car Buying Experience!

Drew and Zane were wonderful to work with! Drew kept me up to date on the status of incoming Sienna’s and quickly answered all of the questions I had! Easily the quickest and most convenient car buying experience I’ve had. Everyone at the dealership was so kind. Zane was even nice enough to help find my daughter’s Barbie shoe that had fallen off in the parking lot.

Matt Dunkle at Advantage Toyota was excellent in helping me obtain the RAV4 Hybrid I'd been looking for. That's not easy during these times when "on-lot" inventory is low. Matt's communications were timely & accurate, and he offered valuable insights and advice at just the right times. Throughout the process he kept my interests as the top priority. Drew helped me find a Camry hybrid with the exact packaging I wanted and alerted me prior to its arrival. Other dealerships couldn’t deliver, and I tried several. This car is in high demand and hard to find. Advantage Toyota made it happen for me.

2022 Highlander XLE

I was very excited to get a new vehicle. Due to the chip shortage, vehicles have been moving quick and some dealers have lost their minds with “the bump fee”and inflated prices. Advantage did not have a bump on their vehicles. Matt, my salesman, kept me up to date daily on the vehicle I was interested in and called the minute it hit the lot. The facility was great and the process was easy. Matt has continued to be awesome, and continues to answer my questions about my new car a week out from my purchase. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.

Excellent Customer Service

Matt Dunkle was recommended to us by friends who recently purchased a vehicle from Advantage. My daughter and I went to the dealership to look at a RAV 4 but Matt happened to be off that day so we were assisted by Drew McDaniel. He was very kind, easy to talk to and took the time to tell us about the RAV 4. Drew made the experience all about the customer. On the following Monday, I received a call from Matt Dunkle who was following up on our visit and let me know that he would be working with us moving forward. When I asked about Drew, he was kind enough to explain how the sales representatives worked which was appreciated. Matt was organized and kept me informed about the delivery of the RAV 4. He had all the paperwork ready for us on the day the car arrived. Matt was very efficient. I can go on and on about both Drew and Matt but I am sure this is not the first positive customer comment about them. The other thing that I would like to point out is their comradery. Even though Drew did all the work up front, he spoke very highly of Matt and assured us we would be well taken care of since Matt was the one who had been recommended to us by our friend. Matt said the same about Drew. Lastly, John assisted us with the finances. He was wonderful as well. Before we even got started, John thanked us for our business. He spoke highly about Advantage and how happy he was to be working there. John made the signing easy and we were done very quickly. He gave us every opportunity to ask questions. Thank you to all these gentleman who made this a wonderful customer experience!

If you wAnt good sales service I recommend you visit Advantage Toyota in Barboursville WV. The sales personnel are friendly, listen to you and your needs as well as make very helpful suggestions. The employees work well together and truly work to satisfy their customers. You will not be disappointed in there assistance. By the way I can vouch for there service department too. They have serviced my vehicles for yeasts.

Great Dealership

We loved the ease of it all. We are from out of town, but they worked with us to get a deal before we drive up. Usually buying a car is very stressful, but with the amazing help of our salesman, Matt Dunkle, we got to stay stress free. He listened and got us the best deal possible. I don’t plan on buying another vehicle unless it is here, very impressed with the service and help from everyone involved.

I really appreciate that from start to finish the entire experience was friendly. Nothing ever felt forced or like someone was trying to pull a fast one on me.
