I first heard about the Honda HR-V in 2015. Was really interested but when I asked a salesman at the local Honda dealership he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I decided to give it a little more time and just keep researching on my own. This year I decided it was time for a new vehicle. Since my husband passed away 3 1/2 years ago, I don't have anyone to do the maintenance and small repairs on my vehicles and the thought of my 20 year old car breaking down in the middle of no where made me very anxious. After researching small SUV's for the last year, I still liked everything I heard and saw about the car. I decided to look at other dealerships to see if I could get the car I wanted at a price I feel comfortable with. I sent my initial email to Bob Hall Honda and received an answer from salesman Francisco Ruiz the next day. He was very courteous to me and answered my questions through several emails back and forth. I was never pressured and felt very comfortable about purchasing my car. And another bonus was delivering the car to me! My job gets very hectic and stressful this time of year and not a lot of free time so delivering the car was really helpful also. Francisco said to feel free to call or email him anytime with questions I may have and that also gives me some peace of mind..not like some places where you are on your own once you make the purchase. He treated me with kindness and respect which you don't see very often these days. I have been telling my co-workers what a great experience I had concerning the purchase. No hassles and no set-backs. Everything went smoothly! I definitely will tell anyone who will listen about your dealership. Thank you for helping me through this whole car-buying process!

Great people and options!

I love my experience at Bob Hall's Honda! I live in Seattle and have spent the past couple of months researching what my next car will be, going to various dealerships in the area, test driving, etc. At all the dealerships it was such a huge time commitment I'd have to make just to learn more about the cars. I looked at Lexus NX and RX, Mercedes GLK, Audi Q5, Acura MDX, etc. I liked all the cars to various degrees, but I was very turned-off by the whole process. I have 2 young kids and work full-time, so finding a few hrs on weekends to commit to a dealership was exhausting!! I ended up in Yakima for a funeral, and called Bob Hall's Honda to ask about the CRV. I spoke with James in the sales department who was amazing - I trusted him immediately and he made it so easy for me by texting with me through the process. Sending me pictures of the cars via text, giving me trade-in value on my car via text, introducing me to finance department via text, etc. I had 1 hr in between the funeral and ceremony so I swung by Bob Hall's dealership, met James in person, and within an hour walked out with a new Honda CRV. I am very happy with my experience at this dealership and the car!
