Tried to buy a vehicle from this people, my mechanic found over a grand's worth of repairs and service said vehicle required. According to the carfax this dealership claimed to have "checked" all the items in question and claimed everything was fine by omission. The only thing you can trust these people to do is to try and pull one over on you.

I just purchased a 2013 Lexus RX 450 hybrid with 37,600 miles just two days ago and it was the easiest car buying experience I have had in quite some time. Massey and his family do a fabulous job of making it a no-haggle, no-pressure and fair experience. No wonder why they have been in business 11 years. That in alone speaks volumes. Ken was a pleasure to work with in finance and he was patient in how he explained everything. I am very pleased with the process and recommend them without reservation. Thank you 405 Motors!

Words can’t express how grateful I am for 405 motors. Staff entirely. When they say they will help you no matter what, indeed it’s true. Coming from a person with very low credit, 405 motors staff was able to get me a lending company with low payments within my budget. No hassles, but efficient. I was in an out within 30 minutes after knowing I was approved. I was truly impressed and definitely recommend them. Thank you 405 motors!

I bought a minivan here about 1.5 years ago. I was able to locate a vehicle I was interested in online and inquire about financing. I was promptly called and told that I was pre-approved for financing through several different lenders and set up a time to test drive the car. They were busy but very friendly and prompt with assisting me. The car had low miles and in great condition with a great price. The dealership was very honest about any and all issues with the car. I purchased right away and they even submitted an application for financing to another lender after I purchased the vehicle to see if I could qualify for an even lower rate which I was! And the best part is that I am able to bring my vehicle to their service center for servicing! So I know and trust who is working on my car. I was so hoping it wasn't a "too good to be true" situation and that a few months down the line I would come act a bunch of hidden issues with my car and it just didn't happen. I have been very Happy with my minivan and my whole family has enjoyed many trips in our car! I will definitely return for any other vehicle purchases in the future!

Me and my fiancé drove up from Bremerton because a mitsubishi lancer Caught My eye on cars.com but I left her walk the car lot because we was actually looking for a car for her not me but she picked out this lil 06 Toyota Prius she drove my truck home and I drove the Prius I just fell in love with it its going to a great car for our family..

Fantastic place to buy a vehicle

Last Sunday I went here to inquire about a car that we saw advertised on Carfax. We were able to walk about their lot, test drive the vehicle, do all the paperwork and walk out in about 2 hours total time. Absolutely painless and a great car buying experience. They do not haggle, string you along, or have high pressure sales tactics that force you to pay as much as possible. they were great about us bringing our own payment (and not using their financing) and were overall very pleasant. I highly recommend buying a car from them and will probably look to them first when I decide to purchase another vehicle in the future.

2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS

The dealership was fantastic. Fair price for the car, considering the year and the low amount of miles. They offered to fix the alignment for free. There is a one month warranty guaranteed for free. The sales associates were extremely helpful and did not bother their customers (while I was looking at their cars). They have a very large selection of all types of cars. The dealership made it very easy to look, drive, and buy a car. One of the best dealerships I have ever been to.

Dangerous vehicle sold under false pretenses

Car was listed online at a third party website as '405 motors mechanic certified'. On the test drive the car performed well. After purchase and about 15 minutes down the road, the 'low coolant alert' came on. There was a half empty bottle of coolant in the furthest back part of the trunk. This was the only loose item in the trunk, leading me to believe that 405 Motors was aware it had a issue and did not disclose it. In addition, upon further inspection when attempting to diagnose the issue, I was looking at the fuse box and noticed that the SRS (airbag, etc) fuse was missing. I purchased the car because Volvo has very high safety ratings and I want myself and my family to be safe on the road! This was an extremely negligent and potentially deadly safety issue. I do not think that 405 Motors performs even the most basic safety inspections upon the receipt of any incoming vehicles and I fear others who have purchased vehicles and those who purchase in the future from 405 Motors might be in serious danger. When I contacted 405 Motors about the issue they seemed willing to help and I told them I would be able to bring the car in to get it fixed in a few days due to work and the shop not being local to me. When I next contacted 405 Motors they completely backtracked on any offer to fix the car. I was very disappointed to have been ripped off by these seemingly genuine individuals. In the final sale portion of the transaction, the manager told me he would cover the costs of registration and that I did not and would not need to give them any more money over what I had already given. After registering the vehicle I received from 405 Motors a request in the mail to pay for the registration.

Bought a 2009 Civic coupe yesterday with really low miles. Easy test drive on our own. Priced very competitively, low pressure deal, left us alone and gave us plenty of time to decide. Overall a very good buying experience

Happy not to haggle

After searching a few car dealers between Everett and Woodinville, I finally settled on 405. I made a list of vehicles i was considering and found them online, and 405 happened to have one i was interested in. Turns out Honda Fits arent great for large hills, so I looked at the rest of their stock. Being able to browse the lot and get in all of the cars before deciding to take a test drive was awesome. I wound up looking at cars i otherwise wouldn't have, (including the car i finally ended up purchasing). Then i was also able to test drive the vehicles without a salesperson, that really let me focus on the features i found important, rather than hearing a strong push. Being able to just set up the purchase without needing to haggle was another thing i valued a lot. The prices i checked on KBB seemed to be perfectly fair and on a few cars were actually decently below suggested list price. After having a different dealer flat out lie to me about the best price they could offer, and IMMEDIATELY backtracking when i showed them advertising the car for less, this wound up being a much better experience. Ive had my car about two weeks now and i am very happy.

Great Car Buying Experience

We know a few people who have purchased cars from 405 Motors and they all mentioned it was really easy. We got there and it was really busy. The staff was courteous and told us where to find the vehicle we were looking for. We went out there and walked around it, sat in it, played with all the seats, and inspected everything. Then we went back and they pulled it up front for us. We actually took two vehicles out on test drives to compare. When we got back, our initial point of contact was busy, but guess what turns out they don't work on commission, so we were immediately helped by another person. This is a one-price shop, you either take the car or you don't, no sales pressure. BTW, the price of the Odyssey was best in the market, with the lowest miles, and clean car fax. Best car buying experiencing I've ever had. Thank you.

The Best Overall Used Car Dealer

405 Motors is The Best Overall Used Car Dealer in my opinion. I bought a Mercedes Benz SUV from them last week after a lot of research. It Was a very pleasant experience. Their selection, quality and no haggle pricing was the best overall. Their sales staff is courteous and efficient. Very upfront and helpful.
