My recent purchase of a 2024 F-150 went exactly as I wanted it too! No pressure to buy, answered all my questions and were very friendly. The actual time to make the entire purchase was less than two hours and went off without a hitch. The vehicle was presented to me in excellent condition as well.

I was on a time crunch for year end. Mike and his team at Vancouver ford made our seamless and smooth. I had a meeting scheduled at 2p, so I arrived at 1p to complete papers, left and by the time I returned at 2:45p a new bronco raptor was ready to drive home. I will forever be a Vancouver Ford customer!

Service on my Tucson was what I was promised and expected

I took my 2022 Hyundai Tucson in for the 16,000 mile service (oil change and tire rotation). The work was done on time and satisfactory in every way, including at no charge as such services were complementary under the terms of my purchase.. The service representative (Brenda) was knowledgeable and personal, professional in every way. This rating would have been a 5-star, except that the first appointment for this service was almost two full months out from when I called to make an appointment.

Tire purchase.

Bought a set of tires for my 2022 F-350 Service adviser was knowledgeable and proficient. Price for the tires was fair. After the work was completed I paid the remainder of the balance due. When I got my vehicle back boy did I get a surprise. Not a good one either. The running boards had big globes of muddy footprints on it. There was muddy footprints on the door jam. There was mud on the brake pedal and all over the floor mats. (what the heck) Where did all that mud come from? I was livid. I was to angry to go inside and complain about all the mud in my truck. There was a lot of mud in there. I was just to angry. The Tires that where taken off got shoved into the bed and jammed on top of one and the other. The the bed cover would not open (it is a retrax roll up)

Not sure what changed, in the past i would drop my car, get an oil change and car comes back all clean for 50 bucks. Now I have to beg to get in line, no car wash and 75 bucks. Staff is less than enthusiastic or helpful. I may be heading to Portland from now on. This is not the first time I am seeing issues.

So I went in to have my vehicle serviced and when I got there I didn't have an appt: So Brandi asked me when I made my appt: told her I did it on line and she looked and found it and to my shame it was for next month ugh... with a smile she said to just give her a moment and she would she could do.. I waited all of maybe 2 minutes and she asked if I would like something to drink I said water she got it for me and told me my Santa Cruz would be done in maybe an hour I was okay with that and apologized for making the mistake and would be glad to come back next month and Brandi wouldn't hear of it.... She got me in and out in less than an hour and even washed my Santa Cruz. BRANDI YOU ROCK! I have never been treated so well any where I've purchased a vehicle. I can't say enough about the way I've been treated here!! Thank you Brandi and all the ladies that work with you, you are amazing! Thank you all

I Bought my 2019 voloster new at vancouver for in vancouver wash they have done all the services new took it in at 40 thousand mile service and had brake flush and injector cleaning and transmission service lub oil filter done i brought my cabin filter and air filter with me and when i got my bill they charged me 76 dollars to install my cabin filter and 34 dollars to installair filter when i got home and looked at the charges i call back and the advisor that was working with me said that she said the service mananger told her to charge me that much for instaling the filters and she could not do anything for me she did ask but didn t get it at least at lower price i cant see paying over 110.00 dollars for instaling 2 filters what a jock and for being a retired and on a fixed income to take advanage of us just not right will never go back as i was a costomer for 4 years there
