Awesome experience
by 02/04/2016
onThis was my first purchasing a car with payments. I'm a single mom of 3 do I had some very real fears. The sales team was patient and understanding going what they could to give me something I was comfortable with. Finance dealt with the finance company to get me a lower payment than origanally expected. They are a great team.

Wonderful experience

onJOSH went out of his way to qualify my auto needs with my budget. He was a very gracious and helpful man. When it was determined that a lease option might be the best way for me to go, Josh referred me to KRIS and he went to work to find the right car for me. KRIS possesses excellent people skills and was determined to get me a car that fit my budget. He succeeded and I'm so pleased with my new 2016 Kia Soul. Special thanks and hugs to both Josh and Kris!

Superior Service at Car Pros Kia Tacoma!!!
by 11/23/2015
onMark Thompson and Brent were the associates that helped us. We have never had such superior service from a business. We had visited Car Pros Kia Tacoma a week prior to our actual purchase. When we finally came back in to purchase our vehicle Mark not only remembered us by name but he delivered such exceptional service. From the very beginning right to the end and even after when he followed up with us to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. Brent went through all the features of our car with us and he was very thorough and even set up our Bluetooth for us. Financing was a breeze as well. Financing has never been so quick and easy for us. We were already repeat customers as this purchase was our second and we would definitely come back if we needed to purchase another car. We qualified for the Holiday incentive program and we felt that Mark and the team bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied in every way a customer could be. We walked out with the a beautiful car and excellent financing but the most pleasurable experience came from the staff at Car Pros Kia Tacoma. As a matter of fact we were so grateful and appreciative and impressed that we brought a pizza lunch and cookies for everyone on the staff the next day! Thank you Mark Thompson and everyone at Car Pros Kia Tacoma!

5 Stars, great service, great dealership!
by 07/18/2015
onEverybody worked hard to get a deal done, and stayed late into the night to not only make the sale, but to make sure that I was left satisfied with everything. My wife & child were treated well and with respect, and they were treated as important people in the transaction. My little boy was kind of a nightmare, and the staff responded with nothing but kindness. My wife was treated as an equal, not a secondary party. It was obvious that the staff, especially Bo, care about the sales process. It was a great transaction.

onJoel, Tom, Jon, and Joe were all excellent during this experience. Being young and not really understanding the whole car business is very difficult. They explained everything in a clear matter and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. :)

onWe had a great car buying experience. We were greeted when we arrived by Bo. He listened to what I was interested in and sold me a car. He kept me informed along the way, and made the process quit enjoyable.

Great Dealership, just be prepared !
by 06/27/2014
onI have always had good experiences with Car Pros dealerships. I have bought over a hundred vehicles at different dealerships. There have been times when we could not come to a mutual agreement, and times when we could. Car Pros has always been a great Dealership for offering Ad Leaders. Just realize if you go for an Ad Leader you will not get much for a Trade-in unless it is a highly sought after vehicle. A dealership has to make some money. Check out what your vehicle is worth ahead of time on Edmonds before you go to the Dealer or sell it yourself. All dealerships have to make money. Check out financing at credit unions before car shopping to see where you stand with APR's and what you can really afford for a payment, plus consider Insurance costs. Whenever I checkout an Ad Leader at any Dealership I go to the Edmonds Used Car Appraiser and pull up a year old model of the vehicle I am looking at with 12000 miles, and pull up the value. If the new vehicle value is less than the year old , I buy it. If the manufacturer is offering cash for financing with them, it is usually a higher interest than elsewhere. If it is like a thousand dollars, take it. Ask the Finance person how many payments need to be made before refinance, Otherwise the dealership gets back charged. Usually it is three. I wait for the account to post, and send in the 3 payments ,and then refinance with a credit union. I have always found the owner and family very respectable. I know on weekends and on sale days, this dealership is very busy. The day I went, it was very busy and hectic, and if you are not always out car shopping like me, you might feel a little lost in the shuffle. When they have so many deals going at the desk it is hard to haggle. I usually leave my number and tell them to call me when it slows down. I prefer to go to the desk and haggle and not involve a salesperson till an agreement is met ,and have the desk appoint a sales associate to finish paperwork. If I want to trade-in a car, I ask for the used car appraiser, before I even talk a new car. I explain that I will be buying a new car if he will give me what I want for the car guaranteed. I leave for a short time and comeback and negotiate for the new car, then I bring up the guaranteed trade-in price. That way it is 2 separate negotiations and I do not waste my time or there time If, the trade-in value would be the deal breaker. I find most stories about disappointment with vehicle purchases stem from not preparing. And when you are in finance do not let them sell you everything. Most people only keep a car 3-5 years. There is no need for the extended warranty, paint sealants, interior coatings, etc . Like I said earlier, I have always had good experiences with all of his dealerships, just be prepared !

Wont Use Them Again
by 01/28/2013
onWill not use them again. I found out a few months later after I bought my car that my trade in I could have gotten more from another dealer. I also found out the bank I got my car through was lied to by this dealer and had to do all the paper work all over again and had to put more money down. DONT use them.

Unmotivated sellers, untimely service
by 07/19/2011
onWe went to this dealers tent sale ready to buy a car that day. We wandered the lot long enough to look at every car on it and had sat in 3 before the sales person bothered to come help us. We found a car we liked and test drove it. The sales person said one of his guys would need to look over our current car to give us a trade-in value and asked us to wait outside of our car ( it was over 90 degrees and we were using the ac in the car) After waiting almost 10 min we got back in the car to cool off (we had a small child with us we wanted to keep cool) after about 4 more min of waiting the sales person we were working with returned and informed us of the value his co worker would give us without even looking at our car. After giving him our info we sent out co-signer down to look at the car and give him their info. When they returned they informed us that the dealer had sold the car we were looking at. We then got online and built the car we wanted and called the dealer back to let him know what we decided on. He then tried to sell us the "same car with added bug deflectors on the windows and doors" that they would throw in for "free" I informed him we didn't want bug deflectors, or the trim package or coulo her was trying to sell us and asked him to find the car in the color and trim package we wanted. He was unwilling to look anywhere other than his lot so we went through the time to search ourselves and found our car at another dealer. I called the sales person we were working with and asked him if he could get it for us. We waited all day for his "call you back in about 20 min" call and tried to reach him by phone leaving 2 messages and calling 5 times with no success. He never called us back, we called another dealer and got the car we wanted and excellent customer service and then called the first sales person to inform him that we had chosen another dealer and thanked him for his time ( we left that as a message since he was still unavailable.)

Want to get REALLY low-balled on a trade-in?
by 07/17/2011
onDon't bother looking at NADA or KBB, these guys won't give you anywhere near the fair trade-in value. I took them a 2005 Kia Rio with 34K miles, manual, no a/c, no pwr steering, base model - but immaculately maintained and clean as when new. Only issue was scrape on rear door & fender from a brush against wooden fence. About $400 - 600 to fix. NADA clean trade in was $3900, Car Pros offered me $1500. I pointed out NADA and he showed me some bogus printout that says clean trade is only $1500. A non-KIA dealer down the block gave me almost $3000 an hour later. KIA sales staff blows.

Managers need to honor what they say
by 03/30/2011
onI went to this dealership for the first time, I even made an appt., to which the sales person never showed. I went home and called and was put on the phone with another sales person. This sales person was great, he was new to the auto sales business so he was not too pushy, his manager though, at first was fine, ended up after two days of wasting my time, not following thru with what he told me he could do, and talked me into pulling a credit report that I did not want to do until I decided on a car, finding out my credit score is excellent, (I've since had other car dealerships ask me "they let you out of the doors with that credit score?") to not being able to get a vehicle. The first day I went there was on a weekend, I spent 6 hours at their dealership and left with no luck. I want a low payment which he told me I qualified for on a Soul but not a Sportage which is what I wanted. The next day I went back after work, the salesman once again was great and showed me all sorts of cars along with the cars I was interested in, we test drove cars and even went and showed my family two of the cars to see if they thought either would be a good deal. One of the cars was a Kia Soul, (remember I was approved the day before by the same manager for the same car.) We went back to the dealership and at that time I was told I could not get the payment I wanted on either car, but he could get me into a Lease. As I have never heard anything good about a lease I told him no I dont want that, he tried to talk me into it for about 20 min. then had the salesman take me to another lot of theirs and on the way try to talk me into doing a lease. Needless to say, I still do not have a car and the bait and switch this manager tried to do with me has left me with not ever wanting to do business with this company or referring this car lot to anyone I know. I've never bought a new car before and now I know why everyone jokes about car salesmen. I am still looking but I won't go back there. I am giving them 1 star only because it won't let me go any lower.
