New 2024 Acura MDX

Just picked up my new MDX a few days ago. I love it! It’s beautiful inside and out. Roomy with plenty of storage. Great on the highway, easy to learn infotainment system. Seats are very comfortable and the ride is smooooth. My sales person Kevin was excellent, easy to work with and no pressure and he was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the car.

Leaking in my car - Not Happy could not help or didn’t want to?

First I bought my Car from CarMax not this dealership ~ They first tried to Blame the issue on Safelite Window repair- Had to make an Appointment to have them check a seal on my car - Turned out window placement was not the trouble at all - went back then they said they would look at it now they say it’s a seal if some sort now I have to go to a body shop - this kind of stuff should be covered- it’s not that I was not taking care of my car - this is frustrating So again nothing they could do- Every time I take my car in they send me elsewhere to get it fixed - I don’t go because my time is important and I’ll go to a place that wants to help and does not charge exuberant amounts of money-

I had a lot of trouble getting an appt set. I needed a loaner and the call center said they would have the local dealership call me back. I made 5 calls in 2 days before I was actually able to speak with local service rep. I don’t like going thru the call center.

Good service and customer care

The service department at this dealership is great. The service manager, Seth, is easy to deal with and is thorough. Their car sales department, however, are a bunch of bandits. We love our RDX but if we buy another Acura, it will be elsewhere. Great service though!

Bought a 2015 F-150 from AutoNation Acura in Spokane Valley, WA. The sales personnel was pleasant and no undue pressure! Thanks especially to Phebe who helped us finalize the purchase. And I have to note that when I went back in (for expected service) I was greeted BY NAME and made to feel that I was a VIP.

MDX wouldn't start without a jump

I called service and was told this was considered an emergency so no appointment needed. We dropped it off and a couple of days later I received a call letting us know it was just the battery, which was under warranty so no charge. My only complaint is that on my way home the hood popped open, but remained partially latched.

They were able to squeeze in a recall service in addition to my routine service so I did not have to make another trip to the dealership. Took my car in for an oil change…Seth is always great, explains what will be done and if there is anything else, he will let me know and we will move forward at that time.
