My wife and I just bought a 2015 Ford Edge from Bickford Ford and the salesman Randy Thaut and the Technology Specialist Matt Rice were totally awesome. They provided excellent no hassle customer service so good that we went back to Bickford on that following Saturday and purchased two more vehicles for our daughters and their first cars. I am the 3rd generation of my family buying from Bickford Motors, they have fast and excellent service. The sales staff does not pressure you, and they have the largest selection of ford vehicles in the area. The staff was helpful in securing a good financing rate. Their website is excellent for finding the model you wish without physically going to the dealer. I picked out the mustang I wanted online and within a few hours I had my 2015 Ecoboost Mustang on the road.

Wanted to purchase a truck that they had in stock. But 2 of their salesmen would not meet my price. Two other dealerships will - so will have to have that truck transferred to the other dealership. I emailed the sales manager and even he would not respond. Or their general contact email wouldn't even generate a response. Obviously they are only interested in making the most money they can - looking for the "suckers" and will not consider people who actually know how much they they should pay for a vehicle.

After taking the time to research pickup trucks and looking thoroughly at Chev, GMC, Dodge, Toyota and Ford....the results were obvious. In the price range and the class of truck, nothing compares to the Ford F-150 XLT Super Crew. The rear leg room is, as others have noted, like sitting in your living room listening to great sounds from the AM-FM & Satellite Radio. No passengers? Flip those seats up and you don't need a long-box anymore. There's tons of storage in the back cab for trips, camping, fishing and hunting. Got a lab or retriever? You can get BOTH back there...with room for them to run! I passed on the V6 and went with the tried & true 5.0 V8. Gas mileage is very close (within 1-2 mpg) and the price was better with that option. You cannot beat the exterior looks of the F-150 (in any color). The wheels and tires are 5 notches above anyone else and really add to the beauty of the beast. However, stepping inside is like a trip into a space shuttle! The gages and gadgets and buttons and knobs and bells-n-whistles just don't stop!! Adjustable foot pedals, electric rear slider, EXTREMLY comfortable seating (front & back), leg room everywhere, headroom isn't even a thought and the superbly quiet cab allows for normal conversation at any speed on any terrain!! What's most amazing is the full package that Ford (Thank You Alan & Friends!)has put together here. Underneath all of the gloss, glitter, electronics, comforts and utility of "the cab"......is an EVEN BETTER F-150 TRUCK than we're used to! Now, the important stuff!! Bickford Ford was a "never been there" first time experience for me. I've been to other local Dealers, but not these guys and gals. The WHOLE TEAM was extremely available and helpful. Not once did we get the old "rushing in for the kill salesperson" treatment. We were approached, asked if help was needed and left to browse when we said we were fine. 10 minutes later, someone else would stop by and see if we were okay or if we needed "keys" or information on any vehicle in the lot. Again, off they'd go and leave us in peace. Once we narrowed down the search and did need assistance, all we got was courtesy, speed, compete honesty and all of the information we'd ever need. These folks were ALL Pleasant & Helpful....and additional new friends, I might add! Two in particular stand out....our Salesman Randy T. and our Courtesy Assistant and Check Out EXPERT, Jake B.!! Two of the greatest and smartest car sales persons I've EVER met. I cannot say enough about the time, patience, understanding and helpfulness these two gentlemen displayed.....constantly!!!! My hat is off, to you guys....and the rest of your Team. WE WILL BE BACK. Bickford Ford was the absolute BEST car buying experience we've ever had.....in 50 years!! KUDDOS!!!! Thanks!

It took half the time we expected to spend for a car purchase, and with our salesperson Todd S.'s help, we got more features that we really wanted and kept our payment within our budget. Teresa S. in finance knows her stuff and answered all our questions (which were many). And to top it off they have a technology expert, Todd S., to walk you through all the features. What seemed like a "too good to be true" deal on a new Focus was exactly that. The assessment of our trade in vehicle produced a laundry list of issues that were all unknown to us and more than one that was completely untrue. The trade in offer amount was insulting and less than half what we got the very next day when we made the right choice on another vehicle elsewhere. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Such a waste of our time.
