Oil change

I called Pengrey Ford to make an appointment for an oil change. The person who answered the service dept phone said an appointment was available the next day. I drove to the appointment the next day and was told that my appointment wasn't until the next day. Finally, the next day the oil was changed after waiting an hour and a half and driving 84 miles to appointments.

Best Ford dealership EVER!!

These guys are the best!! I paid for a maintenance agreement when I purchased my car. The Ford shop in Surprise AZ new about it but did not honor it for my last oil change. When I got back to Washington, the people at Pingrey Ford agreed to honor it!! They are the best!!

Engine check light came on

We have a new 2018 F-150 that showed the engine service light. It was 40 minutes until the dealer, Pingery Ford closed. I called and they got me right in. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within a half hour. They provided great service, I'll return the next time I need any service work done.

I dropped off my vehicle because of an engine light. The oxygen sensor was bad I knew that. The service tech asked us if we wanted to stay since he would have it done by 6 pm after dropping off the vehicle at 330. 24 hours I still hadn’t received a phone call about my vehicle, so I went to the shop where I was greeted with I will have answers in an hour. So I left the next day I got a phone call about brakes , rotors, and all this extra items, plus my oxygen sensor. I asked for the diagnosis, not a complete enema of my truck. I was very disappointed with the service. They offered to diagnose and fix my truck very rapidly , it took over 24 hours for a diagnosis , this did not happen. My vehicle spent3 days at their shop. Yes it got fixed , yes it runs better. Yes overall I am satisfied, but quit wasting peoples time.

Today was a first! I made a 2 o'clock appointment and was surprised that they actually started working on the truck at that time. I was told it would take 30 minutes and by gosh they were finished in 25 minutes. Ive never had "on time" service before. I'm sold, I'll go back to them again and again.
