Finally found a hard-to-find used car in their inventory, and Alex in Internet sales said he'd let me know as soon as it was ready to view. Two days later I checked in and it was already sold.

I had a great experience with the sales person. He was very friendly, helpful, and patient. As part of the purchase, I left a check to "hold" the car for two days. Once I had transferred the appropriate funds, I came into leave a replacement check (different account). When I asked for the initial check back (so that I could void it and shred it), the finance manager told me that the check was in the safe, and I couldn't get it back. When I again requested the check, he yelled at me, insulted me, and told me that it was "no big deal" if I didn't get my check back. Eventually, I got the original check back, but the finance manager was rude and unapologetic about his previous behavior. Fortunately, I paid cash for the car, so I shouldn't need to work with the finance manager again. However, I would have serious reservations about ever financing a car at this dealership in the future.
