The Sprinter service department is very customer service focused and really goes the extra mile to help get service and repairs done so you can get back on the road. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and keeps one posted on the service progress.

Very attentive reception by staff Arby. He helped me solve all my problems. He also gave my daughter a teddy bear wearing a Mercedes-Benz logo T-shirt, which made us feel warm. Thanks Arby!

Arby Makes My Day

What I like best is how accommodating to me while I wait for my car servicing. The accommodations were as usual very comfortable and he kept me updated and informed. I was almost two hours early for my service appointment but that was no problem for Arby. My early morning commute from the Olympic Peninsula was perfect to getting home early. Thanks for a great experience. Mercedes leads the way.

so bad it is unimaginable until it happens to you

I spent nearly $5000 on my sprinter RV at Mercedes Seattle on Airport Way with a schedule b maintenance, new brakes, pulleys, fuel filter, transmission maintenance, etc. This is a sprinter certified service center. Basically, they broke tabs on the fuel line to fuel filter and didn't check when they reattached. This led to diesel spewing out of my rig, loss of power on fwy, and stranding 3 hours from my home, at a gas station in Tri-Cities for 24 hours until I could get towed to Mercedes Kennewick for repairs. The sprinter techs nor the GM at Mercedes Seattle will return my calls, nor return the calls from Kennewick Mercedes service center who has been attempting to work with them. Mercedes Seattle simply seems not to care about my experience and they have offered me no remedy. I strongly suggest considering buying or servicing elsewhere given the lack of integrity of this dealership. I felt I needed to give the public a warning. If you buy a new car from this dealer and you have a problem, good luck getting anyone on the phone or anyone to care and don't expect them to stand behind their service. I am just appalled at my experience with Mercedes Seattle Service Center. One of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. -Dr. Michelle Zipperman M.D.

Good sales, TERRIBLE service

My husband bought a new Mercedes from the Seattle dealership three years ago and his maintenance experience with their Service Dept has been horrible. It's difficult to make an appt, they rarely returns calls, they push back on fixing anything under warranty, they don't diagnose problems properly, they claim to have fixed a problem only to drive away and realize it's still broken. I am in the market for a new car and am considering a Mercedes SUV but I will be going to the Lynnwood dealership for sure!

Mercedes Metris Passenger Van Purchase

My wife and I recently purchased a Metris passenger van to build out as a camper. The "van guy" at Mercedes, Keith, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. He was able to recommend a local company that does custom camper van work (Peace Vans) who we contacted after purchasing the van. Overall, it was a great experience with none of the high-pressure sales vibe often found at car dealerships. Highly recommended.

Worst car buying experience ever....

If I could give Zero stars, I would. DO NOT buy a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealer. It will not be officially certified. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I could write a research paper based on my experiences with this dealer titled "How to completely screw up every step of the process when selling a car". There are so many details to get into here but I will keep it to the main points since most people don't like reading long reviews. They made me commit perjury if I wanted my car. That's right, perjury. I was told they would not ship my vehicle to me unless I signed a form that said "I certify under penalty of perjury that I have received my vehicle". This form should be signed when you get your car, not prior and shouldn't be a condition of shipping the car. They did not give me temp tags. When I went to get temp tags on my own, there was no title sent to the MVA (DMV). When they finally sent the title, there was no check sent for the taxes, tags and title which I already paid for. I had to pay this on my own ($2,600) and wait for a refund, which came 4 days later. They sold me a "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle that FAILED Maryland Inspection. Why did it fail? Because they sold me a car with after-market racing tires (a huge NO for CPO cars) with 4/32 tread (CPO requires 5/32 at an absolute minimum) with a huge gouge in the front right tire down to the wire mesh and also a repaired nail hole plug in the back left tire (also a huge NO for CPO cars). They were forced to buy me new tires and they did pay for them but only because the car failed Maryland Inspection and they acknowledged the screw up. Now I have a car with new tires and every time I tap the brakes, the entire car shakes. That's right. The car was sold with bad brakes. I didn't notice this initially probably because the after-market tires were so worn that the brake issue was less noticeable. Keep in mind that the brakes were diagnosed by another Mercedes dealer. So after 2 months of back and forth with this dealer, I am sitting here with bad brakes that will cost $2,000 to replace (per Mercedes) and a car that shakes every time I tap the brakes. They are refusing to pay for the brakes even after the Service Manager, Patrick, admitted to me over the phone that given the location of the dealership, they really don't have the capabilities of testing the brakes on the highway since they are right in the city. Is this my fault? Awful Dealer. DO NOT buy a car from this dealer unless you want a similar headache.

Do yourself a favor and come visit Phil Petty. Simply put, Phil is the best. I just purchased my second Mercedes from Phil and, again, he made the car buying process FUN! I took several weeks to decide on a car, and Phil was very patient in entertaining my multiple visits and endless questions. More than being fun to work with, Phil is transparent and a person you can really trust- which is paramount when making such a big purchase. Phil, I look forward to working with you in the future!

Buyer beware of lies, bad customer service, and many mistakes in the contract. It's been 3 years that we have had our lease with Mercedes-Benz of Seattle, and the lies and mistake just continue. After signing our lease 3 years ago, we get a call the next day telling us they made a mistake on the contract and our payments need to be changed and we need to come back to Seattle to re-sign the contract. (we live in Spanaway) so it's a long drive for us. The finance manager told us because we would have to re-sign and come back he would take $200 off the "end of lease" turn in fee that was $595, and that our new fee would be $395. I thought great what a deal, even though I didn't even know about that turn in fee, it was never told to us. So now it's 3 years later and it's time to return the car. I start making calls about how to return the car. I was excited about this because it meant new car and we were looking at the Mercedes-Benz C-Class C 300 (after renting this car in Las Vegas) We loved it. This is where the first lie comes in, it turns out that the car we lease only had a turn in fee of $395 and that the finance department made a mistake on the original contract. So, the $200 discount was a lie. Lie #2 was we bought a 36-month maintenance contract to match the 36-month lease. However the finance dept made a mistake and put only 30 months on the contract, so we were told that we would have to pay for the 3rd-year service on the car. I ask to talk to someone in finance to clear this up and was told they would call me back. (never called back) so I called back 3 days later. Finance always had someone in their office and could not talk, so I ask to talk to a manager "connie", wow, what a mistake this lady was mean and rude. She said, that because Mercedes-Benz was bought by someone else since we bought the car that they didn't have to honor the lease. She kept trying to pass the call to someone else. She told me to talk to someone in the finance dept. and she put someone on from that dept.. I told them I was not done talking to the manager and ask them to put her back on the phone. She refused to talk to me, so I let it go. I was talking to finance and all the sudden the manager I had talked with started yelling at me over a speaker phone conversation. I was shocked. Anyhow, I was told by the finance dept. that I would have to call Mercedes-Benz Finance to be helped. (are you confused, because I was.) I thought I was talking to the Finance dept. So know one knows what they are doing or talking about there. Good luck if you go there. I have left a message for the "manager" of this Mercedes-Benz in Seattle to call me back. We'll see if that happens. I know for one thing I will not be buying that C 300 from Mercedes-Benz.

After a questionable experience with another Mercedes dealer in the area, I was able to transition out of my expiring MB lease and get into the C300 I wanted with the terms and pricing that worked the best for me. I'm on my 3rd purchase from this dealership to replace older cars. I would have never thought it possible to get better treatment and deals on new cars at a Mercedes dealership than so called used car bargain dealerships with all the loud commercials and balloons on the lots. From the financing and sales with Emi to the maintenance with Liz they really do go above and beyond to make the experience 1st rate. I hope to be a customer for life.

Our salesman Rob Fuchs is a dream come true if you want to deal with someone who not only loves his job but truly loves the MB automobiles!
