After my initial bad experience, a couple of conversations with a sales manager and service writer have calmed my nerves. They understood my disappointment receiving a cheap copy of a key instead of an original, have have provided me with genuine Hyundai branded keys and fobs. It's so very nice to be able to use the factory keyless entry and alarm. My disappointment with the first sales person was easy for them to defend: he was a new employee and not yet fully familiar with their products and procedures (I had a hunch that was the issue to begin with). He was also the same person that made the follow up call, and apparently not experienced enough to handle a difficult customer such as myself. I made them aware of their mistake with the XM radio. I don't care about that since I have no interest in subscribing to XM anyway, but something they should watch out for in the future. Everyone I spoke to after the sale was very professional and understanding. They admitted that certain things were overlooked, and that more attention is needed in a couple areas. Over all I am pleased with how they handled the situation. Knowing that they are willing to correct their mistakes has given me faith in them, and I can see why they are such a highly rated dealer. I was just one of the few unlucky ones on my first visit.

Amazing Experience

I have told 5+ people to buy their next car from this dealership. The whole staff was amazing and very honest. I felt no pressure and they know what they are doing. I have tons of experience in marketing and sales so I saw no flaws in their business. Clean, smart and they made it fun. No hidden anything.

waste of time

I went to this dealership even though I had a better price else ware because they spent the time to take me on test drives. They agreed to match the price but then low balled on the trade in much less than the range they told me. They did not honor what they told me and waited until all the paperwork was processed wasting hours of my time. I have a lesson learned

I have always been leery of auto dealerships. In fact the last one snooker me into a higher price. Titus Will (Lyle Talbut) of Olympia provided me with exceptional service. He met or exceeded my expectations, was not pushy or overbearing.l He listened to what I wanted and them made it happen. I will do all my future business at Titus Will of Olympia.

Good experience

Friendly, non-pushy salespeople and low prices. My fiancée and I bought an 08 Accent GS from Titus-Will, and are very satisfied. We did a lot of research, and had several experiences at other dealerships (some good, some bad, and some ugly). Titus-Will was by far the best, which was a bonus because they had the car we wanted at the lowest price we could find. Thanks again to Rob and Titus-Will. Jason and Erin
