My experience buying a vehicle at BudClaryFord of moseslake was great. Friendly,helpful in picking out the right vehicle for me,2014 f150stx! The staff there are awesome! I would recommend anybody to go there and see the professionalism and courtesy they've showed me. Thank you very much Bud Clary.

My experience started with me looking for a used ford on line, I quickly got an e-mail from Alex M. from Bud clary ford. I was able to call Alex and let him know my situation (financially). He was very reassuring with my concerns, wants and needs. This prompt me to walk in to the dealership where I was greeted by Daniel, I let him know that I have been talking with Alex but I felt very comfortable with Daniel, he listened to my need and wants and showed me a Ford Focus 2016(Alex was with another customer) I decided to purchase a new car (first ever) instead of a used car. I was able to drive away with the Help of Darrell Manager and Omar financial officer. I did get to Meet Alex after asking for him for a couple days. Just to say hi and thank you to him.. Thank you Bud Clary Staff for making my experience GREAT!!!

I was a little bit afraid at first. I filed bankruptcy a while back, I didn't want to be taken to the bank my first time out. I thought my payments were a little high. For the cost of financing I could have gotten top of the line anything. Next time in maybe I will fare a lot better, overall the salesman were great, I will buy there again.

Very impressed with my experience. Carmen, my sales person was great and the time I spent at the dealership was not long. Everything was done ahead of time. I just had to pick out a vehicle. I will go back to Bud Clary Ford again if I buy another car and hope Carmen is there to help me.

Shavon was wonderful. She really listened to what I was looking for and didn't push when I drove a car I decided I didn't want. She simply said "ok, let's keep looking. We will find you something that works for you." I was not too pleased that my payments ended up being about $40/month more than what we had discussed. At the same time, I do understand that it was a Sunday, but those kinds of terms he should be more familiar with. That is a big difference to us. The 1st guy we talked to said we should have been ok at the payment we wanted if we went with something around $3000 more than the one I decided on, so I felt a little taken advantage of. That was not at all Shavon's fault and she tried to find me something within budget.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. I felt that my needs were considered and I was shown vehicles that fit my needs. I was given information about new and certified used vehicles and was allowed to test drive any vehicle I was interested in. I did not feel pressured in any way. Overall and very positive experience.
