Gotta Haggle...still wont get the super low price but close. They look for the most reliable vehicles for their customers. Been around for a very long time. Typical dealership, but much less vulture type feeling and those of you know that are reading this know what it feels and mean. Would i look around their lot and purchase another vehicle from them....Yes. I probably have to do it again since my ride is getting old...;

I worked with Pat and Mookie to purchase a clean 2014 Audi Q5. The process was simple, and the service was great. I called to confirm availability of the car, and it was ready to go when I arrived. They gave me a good price for my trade-in, and got me approved without sending my credit application to a million banks. All told I hit the road in my Q5 in about 3 hours! That's fast for a dealership experience. Friendly. Helpful. And they weren't pushy or insincere. If you're in the market for a car, give them a call. They have fair prices, too. Cheers!

They certainly keep a wide variety of inventory. I went to see a GMC that I liked but also found a Dodge Mega Cab. Ended up with the Mega Cab at an acceptable price. Dan was our salesman, he's a good guy.

My Honda Element was totaled and I have been looking for a replacement. They have been discontunued for 8 years, so they are not the easiest to find in good condition with reasonable mileage. And I'm picky on top of that. Wheels & Deals had two Elements! Dan helped me over the phone (I'm all the way down in AZ) and was one of the best, most polite, not pushy, honest, helpful sales people I've ever dealt with and definately my favorite car sales rep (and I've talked to over 15 in the last 5 days). If I lived anywhere near WA, I would have purchased here. The only reason I didn't was the distance. If any of my Seattle friends are car shopping in the future, I'll be sure to tell them about Dan at Wheels & Deals in Lynnwood.

Thank you to all the salesman and a special thanks to Armin. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I purchased. It was exactly as described on the website. They even stayed open late for me as I live an hour and a half away. I would highly recommend coming here. It was a nice, clean and friendly environment. Thank you so much again.

i cant believe how rude the cars salesman was, I was just asking some questions about vehicles on the lots and he laughed and told me that my questions were stupid.. pretty sure thought this dumb chick is trying to talk to me like she knows about cars but guess what you just lost a sale, plus put a bad impression on how you guys do things around there. I even told him I had $3,000 to put down! but that's fine I will take my money somewhere else!

Very dishonest

We gave this dealership a $500 to hold the car for us to drive up from Portland to see a vehicle that we've been looking for. Rob told us there was no problem holding the car for us. I filled out the credit application with all of our personal information and Rob took our credit card info. I sent an email asking a question about the price as it compared to KBB and because of that, he sold the car to someone else without so much as a call. Rude, and dishonest, and now they have our cc info and all of our personal information. I'm glad that we didn't drive 4 hrs to do business here before figuring it out.

Best Service I ever Had

Pat was my Sales Person and he was super in all respects. He picked me up at the Ferry, treated me like a King and was straight forward in all respects. He was professional, courteous and explained things to me in detail. I was very impressed with all concerned with my transaction. If I could give the Dealership 10 stars I would. I would highly recommend Wheels and Deals to all considering purchasing a vehicle. THEY ARE SUPPER Ed
