I got helped by Jace and he was extremely rude and inconsiderate of what I was asking for. Don't go there and deal with him.

Poor customer service follow through

After months of my vehicle being in and out of the service department since the third day we purchased, I keep getting told they will make it right, but it is only words. No one calls me back, no one has made an effort to fix the situation. The owner refuses to call me to discuss making a deal. Actions speak louder than words, and their inaction has left me seeking legal counsel. I will never recommend this dealership to friends and family. It has been nearly 5 months and I still do not have the car I bought, I am making payments on something that has been in my possession for less than 30 days total.

Our buying experience at Stirling was the best we have ever had at a dealer. We had researched pricing for the vehicle we had chosen and knew what the best deal was in the region. Stirling matched this price and the overall experience was great. Ryan Baker communicated very well via email and text and we "closed" the deal via email and text. When we got to the dealership everything was quick and easy at that point, no surprises, no hard sell in the finance office, just a professional presentation of the options.

Ryan Baker Assistance with purchase of 2017 Honda CRV

I sent a request online searching for a 2017 Honda CRV EX-L. I was contacted by Ryan @ Stirling Honda in Longview. He sent me a text and we set up a time to meet on Wednesday, November 29th. I test drove a silver CRV and decided that I wanted to buy it. I traded in my 2015 Honda CRV. Ryan was beneficial in working out the deal for me. He did an amazing job in my success of buying the 2017 Honda CRV. Nate was the person in the Finance Department that assisted me with the paperwork. He also did an amazing job for me.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and each time it has been a friendly experience. Salesman, Paul Miller and Scott Persin are both professionals and took most of the stress out of the process. Jace was extremely patient with me and my husband in buying our new Honda. He understood my needs and concerns. I never felt "pressured"and appreciated his honesty. As I am a senior citizen he was so patient in showing me all the features of the car. for certain I would go back if I ever needed to buy another car.

I was very satisfied with the final outcome on the purchase of our new civic. Only down side was the sales person was writing paper work as if we were buying the car before we had even talked about price. Once he understood we needed to agree on price first, which we then did, the rest of the purchase went well. I would recommend Stirling Honda and you just need to know your price range in advance.

We would recommend Stirling Honda to anyone who is looking to get a great car for a competitive price. I compared shopped online different dealerships within 150 miles of our home and Stirling agreed to match any price we found. The sales people Josh and Sabrina, financing guy Nate, and head of negotiations Scott were all a pleasure to deal with. Honestly from start to finish it was refreshing to deal with all of them. We got the car and deal we wanted when we walked into the dealership. We are so happy with our new 2015 Accord EX-L!!! Whether you live in the area or not it is worth your time and money to shop there for your new or used car.

I used Edmunds.com to get several price quotes. Sterling of Longview responded with a great price and no hassle. I went in, talked to a salesman, asked some questions, and was able to make my decision in my own time. Plus, they brought in the car I really wanted. I'm very happy with the car buying experience, the price, and the vehicle.

Puchase of a Honda Odyssey EX

We used Edmunds.com and requested quotes from numerous dealers. Stirling gave us the best quote. When we went to the dealership and they were all great, no hard sale.. We took a test drive and since I felt the price quoted was excellent we purchased the car. The only down side was that they required a credit ap even though we were pre-approved from our Credit Union. They also did not pad the sticker price.
