The accessories manager was great to work with. The finance manager was great to work with as well. However, the hand off of the vehicle from the cleaning/detailing to basic overview of operating the vehicle to scheduling my first maintenance visit was severely lacking. I was also informed late in the process that their was only one key FOB. What really took the cake was that my credit was ran without permission or my knowledge for a cash transaction. Finally, the car we used as a trade in was posted on their site with pictures that included my wife's personalized license plate. This dealership has some work to do. Michael's Toyota in Bellevue does a much better job on vehicle hand-off.

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE!!! 3 vehicles blew up in the parking lot (smoke billlowing) in one day!!!! Here is what happened with ZERO exaggeration: I traded in my car and drove off with an F-150 (2010 with 90k miles) which had the check engine light come on as I pulled it into my driveway... Ok fair enough it's a used vehicle and this stuff happens. I called Evergreen and they said drive it back the next day and they would look into the problem. They looked the vehicle over and said that there was $7000 in engine repairs needed and that they could no longer sell me the vehicle... I said okay, can I see the print out of the work that needs to be done. They brought me the work up and it was only $3500 in work that needed to be done (lies!!!)... I said okay, I will meet you half way... I'll pay $1700 to fix it and you pay the other $1700... they refused but said their is another vehicle they wanted me to test drive instead... I said fine, I am here to buy a truck so I'll try another one... this was a 2010 F-150 Harley Davidson with 100k miles... I took it for a test drive and it was shaking quite a bit on the freeway... the sales associate assured me it was the alignment... however when we pulled back into the dealership it literally blew up... seriously, smoke billowing from the engine, deep smell of smoke and oil... the sales associate demanded I get out of the car so he could hide it from the customers who were overlooking.... finally they said, why don't we try a Chevy since we aren't having any luck with fords...I'm... okay but this is a Ford dealership!!!! So we got in a Chevy Silverado, the thing blew up before we even put it in drive ... shaking violently... and the sales associate shut it off before smoke started billowing from this one. 17 hours spent at the dealership with nothing to show for except 3 blown up vehicles. They refused to work with me or cut me a deal on a working vehicle.. they handed me back my original vehicle that I had traded in., however they handed me back the car in terrible condition... my trades in car had sticker Residue all over the windows that I could not get off (they already had my car ready to sell), they had tried to wash my car but left scratches down past the primer ... my car was missing 60% of the floor mats that I had when I originally turned it in. And upon driving my car home, my car was idling rough, never to be the same as before... DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. There are plenty of other Ford dealerships who treat their customers better, and have vehicles that actually work and don't blow up. Let my wasted time benefit your future pirchases

Great Experience

Had a great experience at Evergreen Ford. I had Chris email me over a couple of weeks as he watched for a Ecosport for me. He advised me a great time to buy (for rebates etc) and got me a price I could really be happy with. My trade was handled fairly and the whole process took less than and hour on a Saturday and I was on the road in a new car. Chris and Gary were great no pressure and eager to make me happy. They made car buying fun! I would buy from them again.

I can boast that Janay's first sale was to me. It may have been her first sale but she handled it like a seasoned salesperson. This was my fifth car buy from Evergreen. They never fail to impress me. Trevor & Michael are two of my favorite people. Add Cameron and Wally "The Brit" and it's always a wonderful experience!

Selling wrecked cars from Canada as Clean

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they sell some Canadian vehicles that they know have been in accidents and claim the carfax is clean. IF you want to buy one of the Canadian vehicles pull the carproof yourself (it is the Canadian version of carfax and shows the history of the vehicle while it was in Canada, they won't do it because they know it will show negative information). My experience was looking at a Tundra 1794 edition that has a clean carfax and autocheck but when you look at the carproof it shows an collision that took 14k+ to fix. The dealership kept refusing to show me the carproof, glad I spent the 20 bucks myself and saved myself from this disaster of buying from this dealership, I expected more from a large dealership like this, I guess the chase of mighty dollar bills will make a lot of people act shady.

I have bought 4 vehicles from Evergreen Ford. My last experience was the best yet. Instead of sitting in a dealership for hours going back and forth between the salesman and the manager the whole deal was worked out on the phone and online the day before. My entire time at the dealership was an hour and a half. Being that I live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership it made for a very pleasant experience. I received a fair trade and a good price for the Ford Fusion that I purchased. The staff was professional without any pressuring for the usual add on's and dickering with the vehicle price or trade in that usually occurs with most dealerships.

Evgergreen Ford 2nd car purchase in 7 years!

This was the smoothest car purchase I have ever had! I was able to get the majority of the transaction done via test message! We traded in our 2011 Ford Edge that was in the shop for repairs and were given top dollar for our trade. I showed up the next day signed the documents and drove off in my new Lincoln MKC Black Label! This is our second new car purchase from Evergreen Ford and we are so happy we stayed with them!
