Great Place for First Time Buyers

I went looking at an Infiniti G35 they had and after the drive I decided I wanted it. I was working with Andrew and he got the deal done quickly and got me a great price. I had no credit or co-signer and they still worked with me. I went to the one in Lynnwood and would highly recommend going to check them out and asking for Andrew!

I was at the Everett dealer and the salesman was nice but at the end of the day there was no respond from banks and the salesman asked me to live some money down and I did . Almost a week to give and answer.

[non-permissible content removed]. These guys make Matilda’s dad look like a reputable guy. I’m fact I would do business with him before ever going back to this place. Trust me you don’t need. Car bad enough to do deal their. They will lie right to your face even when I pointed out to their face that what they said wasn’t true they still haven’t made it right. They will NOT stand behind any warranty or guarantee they claim. Do not trust them.

Never go here. They will rip you off and continuously lie about your paperwork and money as long as they possibly can. Also they signed me up for [non-permissible content removed] apartment insurance without my knowledge. Not to mention I live in a damn house! Take your money somewhere else if you want genuine people working with you to get you something you actually want!

This place is horrible. They sold me a lemon. They sold me a Used 2010 chevy Impala only 95k last year that has constantly had problems. I was there about 6hrs trst driving cars. 2 you knew right away had issues but still had them on the lot. I settled for a car that appeared in better condition. Wrong! From no rear brakes(metal on metal), 2 tire sensors were out and 2 barely legal tires(almost bald) to constant electrical issues and now the car just stops in the middle of a busy intersection and won't budge(tranny issues). I did ask several times for a vehical inspection report that it took a week after sale for them to email me a washed out version. This was a car for an 18yr old first driver that has been a complete headache. They give you the run around ofcourse when you point out issues. Stay away. Their cars have issues and now I am $7000k down the drain in only a year with tranny failure. Another $3000k maybe. Thanks Zag! So nice of you all. You knew this car has complete issues you put my kid in danger. So shady.

Dishonest dealership

I purchased my Chevy Silverado a few months ago and the engine light was on. We make a deal to purchase the truck and they were going to fix the light issue. After I take the truck to them three times the light it's still on the next day after i picked the truck it's time. When i asked what they did they won't even remembered what they fixed. The truth is they just reset the codes each time that's why the light comes on the next day. I called and informed then the problem it's still there but I had to go out of state for work, the guy told me to bring the truck when I return. When I called them to make appointment they told me that they already spent enough amount of time on the truck and I have to pay for a new diagnosis then they will fix the problem out of pocket, they supposed to know already what the problem is why they need new diagnosis...I told them I'll contact the person who sold the car to me which I did but I never got any respond neither. It's too bad because I just bought two more vehicles after that. They just lost one more customer. Just stay away from them...

I am very disappointed in the service I received at Zag Motors. I was told that I was approved and that I could use my trade in as the down payment. I received 2 Phone calls reminding me of my appointment and at that time I asked them are you sure I am approved because I didn’t want to come all that way for nothing. When I got there I had to fill out more paperwork and then was told that the only way they can help me is with more money down and I needed a co signer and this was 2 hours later. When I left out of there I was so upset and mad because I was lied to and wasted all that time for nothing.

When purchasing the vehicle from Zag Motors. I was informed I could return the vehicle if I was unsatisfied with the professional inspection I was going to have done on it. I had 72 hours to do so. There was significant issues revealed when I had it professional inspected. Per the the Due bill I was guaranteed the issues be fixed or the deal to be unwound. After taken to Zag motors for the repair and asking for the deal to be unwound. Zag motors refused to unwind the deal and said they would repair the vehicle. The repair was not professional done. There was exposed wires due to a mouse infestation. Zag motors just put liquid glue on it and refused to make the proper repairs to the vehicle suck as replacing the wires. This vehicle has stalled on the free way and has not started multiple time as well as a suspension issue. When I go to drive the vehicle it jumps as I take off and every little dent in the rode feels as if I am jumping on a trampolines. I spent almost $29,000 in cash on this the Cadillac Escalade that is now parked in my driveway because it is unsafe to drive. However since Zag motors has been scaling people for 21 years now they are very good at making there paper work legitimate. They were very unprofessional after they got my money. IF you question this just Google the reviews I have found over 20 in the last 3 months on people horrible experiences.

Disappointment with Zag and Drew

I purchased a car at the end of December with Drew and I left feeling so happy about my new car and the experience. I quickly posted a raving review about my experience and drove off with my new car. Fast foward a few months, my check engine light comes on and I remember what Drew said about them helping me out if concerns come up. He said it was best to go through them because they can help me out the best they can. At the time, I remember this being so comforting because it seemed like they cared about me even after making a sale. I spent 4 days straight leaving messages and never received a call back. Finally, after telling them how frusterated I was, I received a call back from the manager. I told him about my situation and he replied that he wasn't there when I bought the car so he wasn't sure what Drew had told me. He instead, said it would cost $120 to simply see what the problem was with my new car and then more to fix the problem. To me, this didn't seem like the 'help' Drew had refered too. He then said, he would talk to Drew and call me back the next day. I never received a call back. Two days later, a check was mailed to me containing my DMV refund that was written from their bank in January. To me, it seemed like ZAG had forgotten to send it to me and only remembered once I started calling. Both of these instances have made me feel diminished as a customer and that this company only cares about selling cars and not about their customers. I am disappointed as I previously only had great things to say about my treatment and my car. Needeless to say, I will now tell people about how I was treated and ignored and I will be changing my reviews. I hope in the future that you follow through in your promises.

My brother and I drove all the way from Poulsbo on a saturday, he had to leave a check to supposedly hold a vehicle for him until the banks reopened on monday (this was on 3/29/18) the deal didnt end up working out and he is STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE HIS CHECK BACK AND IT IS NOW 4/20/18. They keep giving him the runaround saying it is in the mail. I would strongly recommend to NEVER shop here. Shady business! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! 5 Star rating for 2006 Ford Focus Going into ZAG Moters I knew the most important need for me was reliable transportation and payment friendly, preferred automatic. I was working with David and Johnathan and mentioned the car I least wanted would be white and the make of a Ford due to maintenance. Some require so many parts coming out just to fix the one gone bad. There was no doubt how Johnathan and David were giving everything they had to make sure my car was reliable and payment friendly. When Johnathan found the perfect car for me it was as if that car was meant to be. That car being a white Ford Focus, manual! 😂 I love this car. Battery is new, maintenance of previous owners shows they cared about the car. Under hood looked so clean and all fluids were filled recently. No leaks, tail pipe looked great. No knocking and car was quite and smooth riding during test ride. Had Bluetooth which is important. 8.5 gallons for fill up at $26.00 and can be so close to empty if gas station is futher than you think. Tires were new in the front and back one had 1000 miles to go. So I did purchase 2 tires at Discount Tires. 5 star rating is for Babs, Janett, David, and Johnathan. Each have their own 5 Stars due to each having those unique charteristics that make for amazing team work. Babs was the intitial contact over the phone. Very easy going personality that leaves you with wanting more. Janett with the Sales Department has that rare ability of explaining every detail you have after signing the paperwork. Janett does more than listen she really wants to hear you and resolve every issue. She is easy to visit with and goes out of her way to assure you of the correct answer you seek. Janett I enjoyed speaking with you. Have the sense you are a true leader in life. Was a true honor to meet you. Thank you David in the Sales Department was another amazing person who I enjoyed doing business with. Being a smaller place, having used vehicles, and limited resources David spent his time and efforts wisely. He can multitask well. David is easy to talk to, answers all the questions you forget to ask as well as ones asked He really worked with me on finding a car I could rely on which meant a great deal to me. Plus he is a genius, humble, and cares for what is the right thing to do over popular opinion. Everyone respects you at ZAG Moters yet David in my opinion is an old soul. He understood me without the judgement on. The world needs a lot more of less judgement and more understanding of walking in another person's shoes. David never made me feel negative or judged in any way. More empowered Thank you David. Both Janett and David are able to assist all those seeking a vehicle in whatever language you speak. If difficulty is present a way will be found. Paperwork forms I saw was Spanish and English. The Lynnwood office was filled with kind hearted professional people that had amazing listening skills. Johnathan is the one who finds a third party to finances the loan if needed. He cane out to meet me, shook my hand and sit down to hear what was important to me.important in a vehicle. There was not a promise but a sense he really will give his all for me to have a reliable car. Johnathan found a car that was unexpectedly enjoyable. I was so impressed with Johnathan and so thankful that the worry of being taken was not an issue. I felt respected as a older woman. The staff is kind hearted, respectful, and works hard to find and see you drive off with a vehicle that day requardless of credit history. No judgements or sense you are wasting there time which is always appreciated. So if you go into buy a car please mention my name as they offer the incentive of cash to whoever can bring them business and that person actually purchases the car. Remember you deserve a car too. Don't worry on what other car places say. ZAG will come through for you.

GARBAGE yes GARBAGE is what they sell, I bought a nissan titan 2011 less then a month ago but the next day after a buy it the truck broke down so I took it to the dealer and they told me we were going to fix the problem after two days they call me and they said it’s done , one week later it broke down again for the same problem, they told me were going to fix it 3 days later they’ll call me ! send thing it’s done,,, now less than a month I still have the same problem and they tell me that they can not do anything for me anymore, and that is not to mention that I had to rewind the powersteerin censor q threw the fluid, and the heater does not work either, then I recommend everyone not to buy their cars with this deler ZAG MOTOR only sell junk cars!!!
