Not so good

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience at HofE despite all the great reviews I had read before going there. I went to HofE to look at and test drive a used 08 Elantra that I had seen online. I spent a long time looking at all aspects of the car before I actually test drove the car, and the salesperson was completely SLIENT the whole time, like less talking than the cashier does at a grocery store silent. Now I hate pushy sales people, but the salesperson I was working with didn't seem to care if I bought the almost $10,000 car or not. He failed to talk about any of the features of the car even when I was looking at them, which just seemed weird and strange considering I was looking at buying a Hyundai at a Hyundai dealership. My only thinking is because I look young, he may not have thought I was serious and/or had the money, even though I was, and I did. Anyway, the car looked real nice but it was a little bit over what I wanted to spent. Because of the attitude I had experienced before, I figured it wasn't worth calling or emailing to try and get the price down at all so I moved on to looking at cars at other dealerships. I also don't think I will get the Hyundai Sonata I ended up buying elsewhere serviced at HofE, since the level of service was so mediocre with such a possibly large sale.

Good deal, & got it quickly

Ray was my saleman(just found out he is not there, anymore). Went in, one day late, on a Grand Opening weekend. Asked if there were good deals left. They had one remaining. Wanted a bare-bones manual in red, which I was sure they didn't have. They didn't. But it was red! AND the auto tranny & lots of options was the same price I would have paid for the bare-bones manual. After trying to get a deal from the Chevy dealer for a Cruze(no deal), I got the Elantra(wonderful deal). P.S... The auto tranny has superb mpg, with a high of 43mpg, & now averaging 39mpg, using 100% gasoline(ethanol-free). The options are sweet, the car rides sweetly, looks sweeter & my bank account is the sweetest.

I walked into the Everett dealership and was greeted with a big smile by Brian Perrigo. I was asked what I was looking for and said I wasn't sure. I liked my dads 4-door accent. Brian showed me the electrolyte green 5 door Accent and I fell in love with it. I took a test drive, came back to the lot and I had him show me a couple of other models just to be sure. Brian said the car matches my personality. I said your right. This was the first place and attempt to look for a new car and I bought the first one I saw. I was not pressured or tossed around from salesmen to salesmen. Everyone in the office was very nice and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend Everett Hyundai! This is the 4th car my family has bought from Everett Hyundai in the past few years. Thank you again Brian! :)

outstanding buying experience

Well, this was actually my second time purchasing a vehicle from Hyundai of Everett. And I will say that any future purchases will more than likely take place there. From beginning to end I felt like they had my back and that I had nothing to worry about. Ray was extremely professional and Justin and Robert did every thing they could to help speed up the approval and paperwork process. With that being said, I have no problem making the statement that "I will always recommend Hyundai of Everett to all my friends and family". If you want a positive buying experience GO HERE!!!This was by far the best experience I have had when buying a car. Jeff, was amazing! He was patient, kind and understanding. Jeff was also incredibly positive,making sure I test drove all cars that I was interested in and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He worked hard to make sure I left happy. Joe, was very informative and full of knowledge regarding extended warranties and options, in the end when I left Joe's office I knew I had made the right decision. Robert made it a point to introduce himself and make sure that I all of my questions where answered and to see how he could assist me. I would 100% refer people to this dealership, customer service was obviously their strength! What a great experience.

Now this is how a dealership is supposed to be. Unlike the other dealerships I went to recently, this one wasn't hell bent on talking about monthly payments. We got straight to price then talked financing. The entire staff was accommodating, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. Awesome sales guy (Ray W., tell him Rich sent you!), cool finance manager, and yes, NO...FREAKIN'...CLOSER. Drove off in a beautiful Accent and am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you guys!

The car buying experience, which I was dreading, turned out quite pleasant. The staff at the Hyundai of Everett dealership did not pressure me, instead they asked my criteria and found several cars for me to test drive. After 30 years of owning Hondas, I was so impressed with the Santa Fe Limited, I bought one!
