I recently visited Porsche Bellevue to take a look at a CPO 2020 Macan. My family and I wanted time to take a good look at the car, its features, and its condition. The team at Porsche Bellevue are fantastic! Stephen H. in particular has been my point of contact, if you are in the market for a new or used car from them ask if he is available. Of course, the entire team are just great. They made sure I found the car I wanted and then made everything to make sure we could close the transaction and be driving my new car in just a few hours. After sale service has also been fantastic, making sure to answer all of my questions.

Used car sales get lower priority than other sales. Had to wait and review quotes/terms in service waiting area vs working with a dedicated sales rep. Pressure sales tactics and negging for extended warranty during final paperwork.
