DON'T SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!

DO NOT SELL THIS DEALER YOUR VEHICLE!!! I sold my 2016 4runner TRD Pro to Bellevue Nissan through Eijaz. It was under loan with Bank of America so I was told I had to wait until the payoff of the loan and transfer of title processed to get a check from them for the difference of the negotiated price. Fair enough...4 business days after the loan payoff was completed Eijaz tells me the title transfer processed but now I need to wait until it gets to them physically. They are already advertising the vehicle for sale. Meanwhile I'm getting the runaround for over $17k. They have physical possession of the vehicle. Legally the title was issued to them but they are witholding the money they owe me.

Great place to get humiliated

I was there today to buy new Pathfinder, I wanted to see the internet manager Brandon, I was told he is not available and some one else for some reasons as soon I mentioned that I am there to know more about the Lease special, and asked what are the color options, the sales person lost his interest and said with flat face there is no option they have only one vehicle on that special and he need to find the keys for that, he took my driving license and Registration for my Lexus for trade in. After 30 min of wait I searched for the sales person and asked what is going on and demanded my driving license and keys, he returned them and told me they are still looking for the keys for the as they have only one on that special, My intention was to go check Toyota Highlander across the street till they can find the keys, but to my surprise he was little rude, I politely told him it is taking too long and before I could complete that I will be back, he again rudely interrupted and said he is working on finding keys. to that I said find please give me back the copy of my drivers license as it contain personal information including address. An other person from the room (which we were standing in front of ), "we can't return the copy of your license" I politely asked that there is personal information on it, he suggested rudely "we can shred it", i was fine with that and as soon I agreed he just tossed it in on of the box, I again requested "can you please shred it or let me tear it", he replied this is the best he can do a company will shred it, I request can i talk to your manager, to my surprise he claimed that he is the manager, i was surprised how a manager can be that rude and stated you can't be the manager, he took it to an other notch and said please leave my property .... What !!!!!... he even walked me to the door... really !!! ... This is how Nissan Bellevue treats their potential customers ? while walking to the door I asked for his name, he didn't answered and tried to hide his Name tag but I was able to take a glimpse his name was I believe "SAM" and for sure he was "GSM" I think i.e. General Sales manager. I was so surprised with his attitude that I couldn't figure out what to do next, I did called Bellevue Police for advice, as it happened inside a private property and i went there willingly there was legal option, he advice me to take my to another place. I did that and have bought Highlander XLE today at a great deal 299/Month :) (Thanks to SAM, otherwise I would have ended up with Nissan pathfinder) For sure I will not even close to Nissan rest of my life nor will let any my family or friend go near it. ** this is definitely not a way to do business and for sure there is no place for people like SAM with customer service ***

One of the most pathetic experience I ever had in my life is still with one of the bad behaviors and [non-permissible content removed] terrifying car salesman's which is I bought the brand new car and the car has 36000 miles or 3 years warranty which is backup camera broken after 1 year and I come back to fix them camera cuz was under warranty pathetically horrible insane sales manager person they refused to fix the problem because they told me the backup camera is not the factory we are not responsible for it to give [non-permissible content removed] 0 * I wish the most horrible life to you and I hope you will learn one day not to lie to people because you want to make the money and kissing people's ass back to back sell them vehicle without any authorization of the installation aftermarket product I hope you understand this.

Great experience

The sales experience at Bellevue Nissan was quick and painless. I knew what i wanted. Found it on their website. Dustin contacted me to answer any questions i had and set up an appointment to view the car. I was able to get a trade in value online, bring the quote in, test drive the vehicle and purchase it with ease. Quick, painless and great customer service!

Nissan Leaf super store
