I bought a used vehicle a month ago, and I was very pleased with the sales person (Jim C.). He was direct and very courteous. Later on, I took my vehicle back for an inspection, and Kelly, the lady from services, went above and beyond. She made sure my car was fixed, and in the meantime, she allowed me to drive a rental car (which I was not charge for) and when my car was ready to be picked up, she arranged for somebody to meet me at my workplace, so we could exchange vehicles. I was very impressed by her excellent customer service. Don Beyer cares about its customers.
