Summary: If you find a special deal with this dealership, don't have any doubts that the car has damages and problems which they have professionally and deceitfully concealed. If you find a good car with no problems, their price is higher than the market average. So, what is the point to do business with a group of [non-permissible content removed]? They claim they have been in business for 28 years. In these years, they have learnt all sort tricks to trap customers and deceive them very professionally! My experience: I purchased a Honda CRV from this dealer and from the first contact I made with them I heard nothing except lies! Since I had to drive several hours to the dealer location, first I called them to make sure about the condition and the price of the car. I emphasized that I would drive the long way only if the car is clean (without scratches, dents and damages) and if the final price (including tax) is 15k. Otherwise, I had better deals with other dealers which I preferred. The guy on phone insisted that the car is clean inside and out and he assured that he could set up the "out-of-door" price as I wanted. So, regretfully, I missed my other great deals and drove to this dealer! When I first saw the car, I was surprised how someone could talk to you with every single word a lie! While I was shocked the salesman, who was another guy (btw I never could meet the guy on phone!) kept pushing me to buy the car in a deceptive manner. The car was so dirty, inside and out!, and the dirt covered all over the body that even hid part of the dents and scratches! (I even suspect that they intentionally covered the dents with dirt or some other material). The salesman claimed that the car is 1-owner (a lie! it had 2 previous owners) Honda certified; that the car is inspected by Honda itself (I am not sure even such a thing exists that Honda inspects and certifies used cars with 2 previous owners!). They even did not accept the agreement on the price we made on phone and sold it 2k more. I drove the car home and the next day I noticed leakage under the car. I bent to see what is leaking I noticed that part of the body at the bottom of the car is also broken! The next day rain washed out part of the dirt on the body and more dents and scratches started to pop out!!! Finally, their 7-day return policy (joke!); I returned the car after four days and wanted to exchange the car. They checked their database reluctantly and told me they had nothing with the same price. They offered another CRV with a price 2-3k higher! Are you kidding me? New 2017 CRV is 23-24k while he wanted me to pay near 20k for a used 2014 CRV!!! I asked them to look for any SUV, any make and model does not matter to me, just a clean car; They said they didn't have any! In summary, I have never seen in my life such a group of people who lie systematically in a great team work! Good job folks!

Just purchased a car on the 7th of April took car to have PA state inspected and has three bent rims so it won't pass inspection. Called dealer several times with no response no call from manager and now I get a call from salesman stating nothing is going to be done. It gets better wash car today and in my bucket is paint chips flaking off from the bad paint job on the passenger fender. By the way they gave me a clean car fax on the car after further inspection car has overspray all over in hidden spots. Do not purchase from them. Another fake carfax.

The worst dealership in the World. Totally do and this guy/ salesman never did. I drove 51/2 hours to purchase a 2015 Tahoe and the very next day I called Ronnie with my concerns, this guy refuse to speak with any further with my concerns, I'm being passed on to different people and when they observe my number calling them they don't answer(really). I'll speak with my attorney on this matter because I don't want this truck for several reasons and Mr. Thompson only conclusion is that I pay an extra $1,800 for a different truck. These people will be reported to the BB of investigations. Real talk. The worst experience ever. So pissed off right now.

I bought a car from these guys at fair market value and they never disclosed had been in an accident. I even asked about the custom paint and was told it was factory applied. When I called them about it they smugly pointed out that I should have asked for a carfax report. Good point...I trusted them and I shouldn't have. There is a very fine line between dishonesty and unethical...these guys know it well and play on all sides of it. It would be one thing if the accident was reflected in the price of the car, but it was priced as a flawless vehicle. Let me save you the trouble...run to a reputable dealership!

I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. I found the car I wanted on-line, called this dealer and went and saw it the next day. It was perfect and exactly as described. They are a no frills, low overhead dealership. The place is beautiful inside, but they must not have the huge dealership overhead because they were able to beat the price of anyone else. They gave me a great price on my trade too! The no pressure atmosphere is very relaxing. I walked in, did a test drive, signed some papers and was out the door in an hour. The cars are already inside and clean so there is no waiting while they "clean in" like other dealers. I'm impressed. I will be back!

First I went to Koons. I had heard all the radio advertisements and the lot was so large, it was hard to ignore. While at Koons, I kept doing some internet research as I waited for sales staff and noticed a great deal on a Cherokee at a place called Direct Car Buying. After I wrapped up at Koons, I went straight there. I was a bit nervous about the location and brand as the dealership seemed to be located in a commercial/storage zone and I'd never heard of the company before. Unlike Koons, before I finished parking there was a staff member, Adrian, already waiting outside the front door to walk me in and let me know I was in fact in the right place. The Cherokee was in excellent condition, almost zero miles on it, the improved Latitude version also came with an upgraded engine. This car, even new, was priced at an unbelievable rate and blew all the other models I'd looked at out of the water. It was cheaper, newer, and better. Then Adrian let me know about the low dealership processing fee. Direct Car Buying charges under 200.00! Compared to Koons 599.00 dollars! As Adrian explained, that was largely due to their lean model. I went back into the office to talk financing with Joel, the only other staff member on the lot. We set things up and I did some research at home that night. The next morning, I came in to pick up the car. We took 2 minutes to sign some paperwork and they handled everything from there. They even detailed the car prior to my arrival. If you're in the market, I can probably guarantee you that Direct Car Buying is your best bet. Go take a look and you'll see what I mean.

I really had a great experience with purchasing a car at Direct Car Buying. I had been searching for cars for a couple of weeks. I was in an accident an my car was totaled. The thought of going to dealerships and negotiating a final price was daunting. I did some research online for the car I liked, set a broad search radius and tout de suite; Direct Car Buying popped up. I kid you not; I called and spoke with the Awesome Reps there; David and Joel. I went to took a test drive, loved the car and had a final price within 30/45 minutes that was phenomenal. The price was "As Listed" on the website. David and Joel factored in Tax, Tags and Doc Fee; which I might add were not over inflated and I had an awesome new ride. The price on this vehicle could not be matched by any dealer in MD or PA. Joel and David were extremely helpful & informative with everything and I left Direct Car Buying very happy and satisfied. My car sales rep was Mr. David Babb and he was awesome. He was very professional, but warm at the same time. There was NO pressure. I saw the vehicle i wanted, and he worked with me to get it! i would most definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. There's no haggling (on both sides) so there is no unnecessary pressure. Also, the price I paid for my vehicle was way under market. I got a $40,000 vehicle for under $33,000!
