Outstanding dealership. Was in an upside down car loan with my trade in. I simply emailed Wright Way to inquire about trading in for a new Tucson AWD. I emailed the General Manager Chris Mason about what I needed for payment terms. I had inquired before about a Subaru at Valley Subaru and was told there was no way they could make a deal with all of the negative equity in my trade in. Not only did Wright Way make it happen they exceeded any expectations I had. They gave me more than Kelley Blue Book value on my trade in and got my payments where I wanted them on a brand new Tucson. Not only did I get a better vehicle than what I would have gotten in the Subaru Impreza but I got a much better deal.

We had been looking at a variety of compact to mid-size SUVs before we test drove a 2019 Sante Fe at a local Hyundai dealer here in Northern Virginia. We decided that the Sante Fe was the vehicle for us and began to look around for the best deal and dealership experience. Of the six Hyundai dealerships to which we reached out, Wright Way and their general manager, Chris Mason, were by far the best on both counts. Chris provided clear, comprehensive information in an extremely timely manner, and ultimately offered us an outstanding (and unmatched) deal on the vehicle. Wright Way located the exact model, trim and colors we wanted at another dealership and sent one of their folks to pick it up. They also worked with us to secure excellent financing, and even engaged the financing company on our behalf to obtain the best possible rates. Wright Way then delivered the vehicle to our home in northern Virginia, despite the 2.5 hour drive. John Hostetter, who delivered the Sante Fe, took considerable time to walk us through the various features of the vehicle, as well as all of the paperwork for the sale. When we noticed a minor issue with the car (a cracked cover on one of the front seat reading lights), John took a photo and ensured he would follow up to make sure it is repaired. Overall I would rate this perhaps the best experience I have had with a car dealer, and I cannot thank Wright Way, Chris, John and the entire staff enough for all of their help and guidance through this process. I recommend them wholeheartedly and would certainly consider a future purchase from Wright Way.

This was my first Hyundai purchase and the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson, Vincent Richardson, provided me with great customer service and went above and beyond in engaging me in discussions around car features, financing, and maintenance. He kindly offered me two test drives to ensure I could experience driving the vehicle in different modes. He walked me through each feature with great patience and thoughtfully answered the many questions I had. From the moment I arrived, through my departure, I was treated professionally and as a valued customer. I am grateful for Mr. Richardson's service and expertise and couldn't be happier with my 2018 Hyundai Kona. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Wright Way Hyundai.

I bought a 2014 Voloster that it was extremely uncomfortable after just a few days, I was hoping e could make a fair trade. No suck luck. They just wanted to make more money and this is what the general manager sent me an email telling me that I could afford the extra $100.00 in payments! Just plain rude! He has no clue! Here are his exact words: "I just wanted to make sure this is your correct email? I had sent you pricing, but according to Maurice there was a miscommunication and you had thought we had quoted you 247 instead of 347/mo.? I wanted to touch base with you and see why you don't want to proceed? Your income seems to be more than sufficient for the difference, and from what I understand the seat of the Veloster is hurting your back."

DO NOT buy a used car from these people!!!! I recently bought a used car from them and it had cigarette smoke smell in it. I am an ex smoker and cannot stand the smell of cigarette smoke. They claim to care about the customer.BULL!!!! If they truly cared, why would you sell a smoker's car to a non smoker. Previous to this I have had excellent service but after this will NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again.

Another great experience in dealing with Mark W. at Wright Way Hyundai. We got a super deal and it was hassle-free. This was the best & easiest buy ever! This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchased from Mark, and that is why we followed him to Staunton, but he delivered our SUV to Richmond for us. Nice guy and great customer service! Working with Kris at Wright Way Hyundai was even more wonderful than I have anticipated. Kris was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I contacted Kris almost 2 weeks before I was able to purchase a vehicle. Kris did not continually call or bother me in the time between contact and purchase. He willingly answered any questions without being pushy. It was a relaxed welcoming atmosphere that made me a Wright Way Hyundai customer for life.
