annual inspection and power steering leak

Dropped off car received phone call that Insp was good but the repair to the power steering was 700 hundred dollars a flush the power Steering system was recomended the total bill came to 930 dollars when i picked up the car. Was also told Ford part was not available but after market one was. I said go ahead

I have a 2019 pick up and need the foam piece fixed between the dash and windshield. Told the this up from when I scheduled the service. When I went to get the vehicle after a complete day only the service was completed I guess... and was told I would have to schedule another appointment for the foam piece.

Honestly it was so stress free! Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had! Derrick our salesmen was great he even took care of switching everything over to the new vehicle ( plates, Insurance and county sticker). So I didn’t have to do anything but sign my name 30+ times!

Mr. Minnich waited patiently on my mom & I to get there for the test drive for the 2017 Ford Focus I ended up bought from there on June 29. He took the time to tell us information about the car & the features it came with it. He was really helpful throughout the process of purchasing the car. I would definitely recommend him if you are planning on buying a car. My mom and I were really happy with the service.

We drove over 2 hours to deal with this Company and we continue to Follow Justin Bowers to any dealership he goes to. This Dealership was the most helpful and friendliest people my husband and I have ever dealt with. We will be going back and will be telling all our friends and Family members about this dealership. Everything was great, except when I got home I found out my right headlight wasn't working. The checklist said all the lights were working. It's been taken care of, but that was a bit of a disappointment.

I can't say good enough things about Paul Obaugh and the team that helped my husband into a new vehicle! He had a manual shift F-250 that due to surgery following a fight with lung cancer, is only able to use his right hand, which is not his dominant hand. Paul Obaugh was unbelievably helpful and truley looked at him as a person as opposed to a "sale" and got him in an automatic F-250. They were generous with the tradein amount and equally as generous with the price of the automatic truck. We are honored to be a part of the Paul Obaugh family!

Fast oil change, but......

I was very pleased. My car was taken in on time and was done quickly. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful too. If I could suggest one thing, it would be this..... When I had my Chevy Tahoe, and would take it to the local GM dealer every 4000 miles for the oil change or any other service like I always did, they would ALWAYS wash my vehicle each and every time that I took it there before they would give it back. Even if I was just getting my oil changed and the multi-point service inspection. I always thought that was a very nice thing, and I noticed that the Ford dealer here does not do that. It may not be enough to make me switch back to GM, but it is something you may want to consider. Otherwise, I was very happy.

The technitions go above and beyond to keep your vehicle just as clean as it was when it came in.
