Charlie Obaugh Buick GMC

I purchased a used Honda from Charlie Obaugh. Three weeks later I took it to my mechanic to have the tires checked. He said it was a deathtrap and refused to let me drive it home. The rear struts were completely gone. When I called Charlie O. and spoke to the general manager, Thomas Ballengee, he just said 'tough luck'. The car was sold 'as is'. Now, rear struts do not fall apart in three weeks, so Charlie O. must have had some idea about the condition of the car. However, as a single mother raising three children, I am not a gear head and the reason why I chose a dealership was because I thought they would be honest and at least sell a dependable vehicle. No such luck, we were extremely fortunate we were not killed in the vehicle that Charlie O. sold us. This dealership is not honest and they are incredibly rude.
